The house was very nice, very clean, well appointed, attractive furnishings, generally a great location where we could walk to the golf course, golf club, and beach. I would have loved a deck with chairs and a table with an overarching view of the ocean, but the house is one story so that is not possible (partial view of Bodega Bay from the front patio). Hot tub was a bonus and appreciated. Harman was very nice and very communicative. The whole experience was easy and very, very pleasant. My first time renting an Air Bnb and now I know I would do it again.

We had a wonderful and welcoming stay. The views were beautiful. The patio with chairs was a favorite place to hang. Almost each bedroom has a walk-in bathroom, which makes it so comfy for everyone. The kitchen was beautiful, with a large table to fit all 11 of us comfortably. Responsive and kind host.

Positives: The host was friendly, responsive, and provided several helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. The location was excellent—just a few minutes from downtown Santa Rosa and close to many wineries.

Negatives: The property felt somewhat dated and could benefit from some maintenance and updates. During our stay, the master bathroom was out of service, and some of the bathroom fixtures showed noticeable wear and staining. The biggest disappointment was the pool. The listing photos showed clear, inviting water, but when we arrived the water was green and murky, so it wasn't usable. If the pool is an important part of your stay, it may be worth confirming its condition with the host before booking.

We spent a week in this beautiful home for a family gathering. It is a lovely house with many amenities and there are so many activities to offer! Harman was a great host!

Well furnished and comfortable home within a gated community in Napa

We stay in Bodega bay a lot!! This home is probably one of our most favorites!! This home is SO clean, the kitchen was stocked with every kitchen item you can think of!! Lots of spices and the coffee bar was great!! So many creamer choices!! There is a closet that has extra linens, towels and blankets. Everything that you can think of was thought of by these owners. The ocean views in this home were amazing. Its was fun watching the golfers play too. The neighbor's were friendly. The restaurants were close. Harman was a phenomenal host, checking in with us to see if everything was great. 10/10
Also its doggy friendly which was even better!! My Dog was very happy too.

Excellent place! Private and out of the way. Very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the surrounding roads to get in and out. Pretty hard to find in the dark, so keep directions handy and have a copilot. That also adds to the privacy, so it’s a good trade. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with my mom and sisters during a girls' trip to the coast. The house was spacious and felt luxurious. It's set up amazingly for a large group, with the upgraded kitchen, numerous seating options (both indoor and outdoor), big dining table, and expansive deck with a fire pit. Beds were comfy. The views were incredible. Would stay here again!

Hummingway Ranch was the perfect place for our family. Harman was extremely helpful and very clear with instructions to make the stay as smooth as possible.

The kitchen is perfect with updated appliances and had everything I needed or could ever need. The kids loved playing ping pong and watching the koi fish. The views from the balcony were stunning and made our stay feel like a movie. 10/10 would stay again.

This is what AirBnB was always supposed to be! Traveling but with the luxuries of staying in a real home. This is a host that truly loves and takes pride in hosting. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality utensils, pans, hot drinks, etc. There were plenty of games for the adults and a toddler. The back patio had great views. Check out was a breeze and was very similar to checking out of a hotel, which is RARE to find nowadays. Truly a wonderful experience, 0 complaints.

Review 1: The Adobe house was great! Review 2: The Redstone House had a few problems with the water which they eventually fixed but was a downside for the family staying there. One of the sinks in kitchen didn’t drain properly as well. The two houses were much further than expected, down two private roads with a main road in between. It was not a ten minute walk and not one that you could allow children to make without an adult. We knew the surrounding property was open for public tours (but should have let us know when there were tours and all should have been guided). While we were staying there several groups came to the main property near the house. We had a venue tour with multiple cars and people and a self guided tour group walking near the house. Unsettling when you are on a vacation with small children. This made the outside bedroom of the Redstone House feel unsafe. Both properties were beautiful and we did have a great time exploring the area.

We loved our stay here! Really beautiful property, with amazing views, in a very safe neighborhood. The location is great, with easy access to the ocean, wineries and only a short drive from San Francisco. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The location is great with easy access and great weather. The property is large and almost too large for our needs. The layout is a little odd in places. For example, there is not really a great way to access the pool area from the main living space.

The outdoor pool area was very nice, but could have used a few more umbrellas for shade.

Still, overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. Harman was great about communications and very responsive.
