Important Notes:

– Pets are not allowed

– Events are not permitted at this property. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Additional overnight or daytime guests beyond the registered guest count are not permitted without prior approval.

– Driveway parking is limited to a maximum of 5 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted. We do not allow boats, campers, RV’S, trailers to park in the driveway at this vacation rental. Watch out for deer and occasional livestock on the road, especially in foggy conditions.

– Ring doorbell facing driveway located on the property.

– Security camera located on the trim on the right hand side of the property next to the bedroom window facing the driveway.

The house is part of a quiet, secure community with 24/7 patrols—peaceful, private, and safe.

– Fireplace Use: Please note that fireplace use is subject to Sonoma County burn regulations. On designated No-Burn Days, the fireplace may not be used.

When you stay at Farol, you’re covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a “management fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of “all risk” damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
