No pets allowed – This home is kept allergen-free for future guests. A $500 fee applies if violated.

No parking of RVs, motorhomes, boats, or trailers within the community

When you stay at Pelican’s Rest, you’re covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a “management fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of “all risk” damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
