• Privacy-safe noise monitoring devices (Minut) are installed on-site to help us ensure compliance without invading your privacy — it measures sound levels, not conversations.
• We work with a private security company that can be dispatched if we receive reports of excessive noise or parking violations.
• Even in more open areas, sound can carry and impact nearby neighbors. We appreciate your help in keeping things respectful and compliant throughout your stay.
When you stay at Villa Colibri, you’re covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a “management fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of “all risk” damage protection coverage on your rental property.
