Harman was so incredibly friendly and communicative and his estate is a true retreat! So many things to do. And places to enjoy a seat while doing nothing. And proximity to wineries as well as downtown Healdsburg is great. Not walkable but a quick drive to many places! We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Our Host Harman was excellent. He communicated with us regularly regarding any questions, or just to see how we were doing.
We were in Guerneville for a galfriend 4-night stay. The home is so comfortable and well appointed, with unexpected amenities and care in every room. The outdoor green space and river is beautiful (shared a 1st time kayaking experience). The vignette seating on the patio is perfect for intimate conversation and also allowed for group fun. The home location was perfect. We were able to visit the Russian river, Goat Rock Beach, Armstrong Redwoods, and Korbell Champagne Cellars during our stay.
We would definitely return again! There is still more to do and enjoy in the area and we'd love to visit earlier in the summer to take advantage of the property's river access and amenities fully.
NOTE: We were so happy about our experience with Harman, we plan to look at his other properties for potential future adventures.

Everything about Blue Pearl and our experience with Harman at Vinifera Homes was excellent. House is exactly as advertised with a spectacular setting as well as everything you could need provided inside. Communication was spot on and could not have been more clear, more friendly and more helpful. Thank you.

Spacious comfortable home with the most incredible view! Despite the rolling morning fog we enjoyed every moment watching the massive number of pelicans flying right in front of the deck. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, oils, utensils, cookware and dinnerware. We hope to return sometime soon!

Great place, feels tucked away in the woods surrounded by giant redwoods. The Hottub setting, outside seating and the office Desk were the highlights.

It eas our second time staying here and we had a fabulous visit. Thank you for letting us relax and unwind and watch the whales. We were so lucky to have a pod of Humpback whales that stayed in the come the same time we did. Just a stunning location and the house is so well thought out. A great house for families

Beautiful home with amazing views. Easy drive or Uber into town but we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor gas fire was a real bonus and meant we could stay on the balcony in the evenings.

Kitchen very well equipped with everything needed to cook well.

Would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay! The house was very clean and spacious. The patio was our favorite place. Harman gave wonderful recommendations on wine tastings and restaurants. By far one of our favorite stays!

Absolutely stunning. We had a group of ten and it met our accommodations perfectly. It added to the true wine country experience. Several of our guests said they would return just to stay at that home again. Our host was very responsive and the stay couldn’t have been better.

Our family is from Northern California, but even for us we were intoxicated by the ocean views , watching whales from the Couch! The open concept home made it so family friendly basically a mansion on a sea cliff with a hot tub !!! add in a super great
Host and close to a lot of fun things, ocean , there is a gorgeous beach, just six minutes away, river, dining, exploring! and most important for our family is they were dog friendly !!! you won’t be disappointed!!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was very clean and well thought out. Well furnished, with clear instructions, little details that made the stay comfortable. The bathrooms had all relevant toiletries. It felt being at home. The views were fantastic and location was convenient.

We loved our stay, especially my kids. It was very amiable space for them, serene surrounding and up to date amenities made it feel at home. Will surely be back for longer stay.

We had a nice stay. The location was good and the walk to the beach was lovely. We had time to enjoy the hot tub; a stay highlight.
There is a musty smell on the first floor and the carpet up is quite soiled so not a great 1st impression.
A problem with another smell (propane) was taken care of quickly.
The host was very responsive with communication and remediation.

Had a wonderful stay at Pacific Flyaway! Beautiful home and views of Bodega Bay. Nearby beach and plenty of restaurants within a short drive. And Harman was probably the best host I've had using Airbnb—extremely responsive and accommodating for our family throughout our trip. Highly recommend!

The property was very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 11 of our guests, as well as our private dinner chef. We did experience a few issues with clean towels and water during our stay, but Harman was quick to respond and made sure our concerns were addressed.

The photos of the property are a bit outdated compared to its current appearance, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated having plenty of space for our group. The location was also very convenient, especially for getting to and from the airport.
