We had a wonderful stay at Riverlands! The location is beautiful, and the home itself was spotless (super clean!), comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The layout worked great for our group, with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and two more bedrooms plus a bathroom downstairs (accessible from a separate outside entrance), which gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. There was no shortage of things to do — our family loved the ping pong table, foosball, board games, hot tub, and fishing on the deck by the river. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! We also recommend Saucy Mama’s for dinner!

We loved our stay here! This was a peaceful quiet home with plenty to do. Conveniently located close to downtown Guerneville and restaurants. The place was well kept and clean with lots of amenities and everyday items that you might need. The patio area was also great for kids and pets with a completely fenced in area and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

We had a wonderful stay at this Guerneville riverfront property. The home was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up for both people and dogs, which we truly appreciated. The setting right on the river is serene and restorative, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything the Russian River area has to offer. Communication with the host was smooth and welcoming from start to finish. We would happily return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, dog-friendly getaway in a beautiful setting.

Our group of 6 friends really enjoyed our stay at Riverlands. The location on the river was beautiful and it was walking distance to town. We made some great meals and enjoyed unwinding by the wood burning fireplace. Overall the house was very comfortable and we would definitely stay again. Harman was a great host. As other reviews mention, the kitchen is dated, needs some love, and has some quirks. Harman made of us aware of this before check in and addressed our concerns. It sounds like a new kitchen is in the works and that will really elevate this property.

My friends and our dogs had a wonderful stay here. The house felt so cozy especially on a very rainy weekend with plenty of things to do indoors! Would definitely recommend booking and would love to return. Only thing we were surprised by was that access to two of the bedrooms required you to go outside onto the porch area and down the porch steps. It was more uncomfortable in the rain due to the cold but the area was still covered! Wanted to give any future guests a heads up as something to be mindful of.

My family and I were looking forward to the stay at Riverlands for a special occasion. We weren’t sure if our travel plans from East Coast to CA would be possible because of FAA air traffic restrictions. After successfully travelling across the country only to encounter the deferred maintenance situation in the kitchen resulting in active water damage & mold which rendered the house uninhabitable for our use, we did not appreciate the lack of transparency from this host. Airbnb Support successfully resolved this situation and helped us secure alternative housing on the day. Extremely stressful and unnecessary complexity to the start of our family vacation. If I can post a picture of the water logged and warped kitchen floor with black growth I will. I respectfully ask the host, while responsive, to do the right thing and fully fix and properly renovate that portion of the kitchen including cabinets and floor before reposting this property as available. The location was truly beautiful.

This home was just as beautiful as pictured. We enjoyed the beautiful communal spaces upstairs and gorgeous deck. We loved that there was seating in the living room, at the dining table, and outdoors, for our large family to enjoy together. Harman was very responsive, helpful, and friendly!

The property itself is great, with a beautiful orchard and peaceful water access. The house and location are very nice, and the host was very responsive and kind in communication. However, there were several issues during our stay that made the experience less comfortable than expected. We weren’t able to access the downstairs unit upon arrival, which caused some confusion and delay. The dishwasher was flooded and moldy when we arrived and wasn’t working throughout our stay. The kitchen had very low water pressure, which made it difficult to do dishes since the dishwasher didn’t work. There was also no propane in the BBQ, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. The house is showing its age and it needs several updates that shouldn’t be the focus/concern of travelers. With more attention to maintenance, cleaning, and guest readiness, this would be a wonderful place to stay.
