The home’s inviting outdoor area features a BBQ grill, comfortable outdoor furniture, hammock, and swing complemented by a beautifully landscaped yard. Lounge in the fresh air as you take in the peaceful surroundings, or fire up the BBQ grill for a cozy evening meal. The warm ambiance of this home makes it an ideal retreat for couples, friends, or families looking to experience the magic of Sonoma.

– Pet friendly w/ $100 fee (+ fees & taxes, dogs only, 1 max)
– There is scheduled pool maintenance every Tuesday and yard maintenance every Wednesday. If guests are due to stay during those times, they should anticipate the maintenance to last a couple of hours.
– Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
– Driveway parking (3 vehicles), free street parking is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis
– RV parking prohibited
When you stay at Sonoma Sunshine, you’re covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a “management fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of “all risk” damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
