Harman was incredibly helpful in the reservation process and even after in returning lost items immediately when found by cleaning.

This was probably one of the most disappointing stays. I could've ever imagined. I was there to celebrate my birthday and my bachelorette weekend. Because the oven wasn't working, it compromised one of the biggest events for the weekend, a private chef. Moreover, they never fixed our oven and instead initially told us to reach out to Airbnb support. That's when we realize that they actually do not have a host but instead and overseas customer service that is ineffective to actually responding to any issues. Lastly, despite having paid for additional space, prior to my arrival, they misrepresented one Casita for another saying that we could not have access to it because of rules in Sonoma County. Eventually, after much back-and-forth while trying to enjoy our day trips, they finally relented and gave us access to the Casita we had previously paid for. Also, the master shower is pretty gross. It looks like it needs to be power cleaned.
I feel grifted and I'm disappointed.

The property includes additional spaces that are not part of every reservation. Before check-in, we provided a property map identifying the spaces included with your stay. The Brookside Casita, which you paid to add, was included and remained accessible throughout your stay.
The primary oven developed an issue during the reservation before yours. We worked to resolve it but could not complete the repair before your arrival. However, the Brookside Casita had a separate, functioning oven available throughout your stay, which we directed you to.
Our team came to the property twice to troubleshoot and assist, including meeting with you in person. We’re sorry you still felt unsupported. We also apologize that the master shower did not meet our cleanliness standards and have addressed this with our cleaning team. We appreciate your feedback and have reviewed the stay with our team.

We loved our stay! The views were incredible! There were so many places to relax between the deck, fire pit area and other seating areas. The house was great, clean and there were so many supplies in the house. We hope to be able to visit again!

Amazing place to stay. Tucked away in the trees, it’s extremely peaceful, but still close enough to the town. Would definitely go back!

My husband and I just had a great two night stay at this home. The location is unbeatable. Ocean front views with with no obstructions from every west facing window in the home. Comfortable beds, fresh, seemingly new linens in each room and bathroom. Kitchen is great and well-stocked with basic cooking needs and spices. Highlight for sure was the sunset views from the hot tub and stars at night with the surrounding ocean sounds. Definitely a relaxing and peaceful place to unwind for a bit! Would go again!

Harman was a great responsive host. He was very timely in his responses. His place felt like home very quiet,clean, peaceful and very well stocked with amenities. When I am back in the area I will definitely rebook this place if it is available.

The house looks just like the pictures. I backs up to the 14th hole of the golf course. The house was clean and he has a lot of amenities for you. It’s pet friendly and would definitely stay there again.

My mom and I took our very first mother-daughter trip together, and we truly couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay! The property was absolutely stunning. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the patio while taking in the breathtaking views—it was such a peaceful way to start the day.
The house was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. And the koi pond was such a fun and special touch—the fish may have gained a few pounds during our stay from how much we enjoyed feeding them! 😂🐟
Our host was wonderful—very responsive, helpful, and made everything so easy from start to finish. This was such a memorable stay for both of us, and I’m already thinking about coming back with my friends next time. I would absolutely stay here again! ❤️
