Very nice clean and comfortable house. The view is absolutely stunning. Sitting and watching the waves breaking on the rocks and seeing whales off shore is something I will never forget.
It is in a very nice walkable neighborhood with a very good Mexican restaurant a couple blocks away and about a half mile away is all of other Gualala restaurants.

Pros:
- very clean spacious house with excellent facilities
- nice and airy with lots of natural light
- location is excellent with very little light pollution and sound pollution which we liked
- love the many spaces to gather as a group and have conversations in the house and outside
- glad to have the use of many blankets and throws for the cold Sonoma nights
- ⁠heated hot tub was very nice and relaxing

Cons:
- ⁠we disliked that the hot tub needs an app because I don’t want to give out an email to a random third party; a physical control in the house will certainly be easier for the customer
- lots of leaves and insects in the pool and no clear way to get rid of them

I’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnb‘s and this home has got to be one of the best so far. It feels like a home, was fully stocked, was extremely well maintained and spacious, and not to mention the pictures do not do this place justice.

Harmon was extremely responsive and friendly and you can just tell he really loves hosting. We can’t wait to come back one day. This is such a gorgeous property.

Amazing place, we loved it

I just returned from a stay at Harman’s house with five of my girlfriends (all in our forties). We had an absolute perfect stay and loved Harman’s location as it provided easy access to Healdsburg, Sonoma and Napa. Plenty of space to kick back and chill and a beautiful property to be surrounded by. He was very responsive and I will absolutely stay there again!

Amazing view! We watched whales and harbor seals from the balcony, which made our stay truly special. It was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again in the future!

This place was beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen is extremely well-outfitted, with almost any utensil and gadget you would need. It felt very cozy while also being very clean. The host was always responsive if we had a question and we would definitely return! The walk down to the amazing private beach area is very steep- just a note for those of you who may be envisioning a relaxing evening stroll down there and back. If you cannot make that hike, however, the view from the upper deck and lower deck areas are still incredible. I went with my sisters for a 50th birthday celebration and we all thought we would bring our families back sometime :)

What a wonderful location!! beautiful views from every room with plenty of fresh ocean air. Would be good for a small group but was also perfect for two people and two dogs. We definitely look forward to returning to this property.

Harman is indeed a Super host. The location feels remote but is just minutes from Gualala. The view is spectacular. We enjoyed stunning sunsets and watched four feeding whales on one of our five day visit. The kitchen, dinning area and living room is an open area leading to the freedom of conversations throughout the main living area with the bedrooms tucked away. The home does show its age a bit but is clean and comfortable. We would definitely seek out this residence as a home away from home next time we are in the area.

Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views. Everything was spotless and in good condition. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Wonderful detailed information, best stocked kitchen of anyplace I’ve rented. We stayed in, cooked and enjoyed the peace and quiet. It is a bit isolated from activities and shopping but we were not there for that so it suited us perfectly. Harman was extremely responsive.

Not worth it. The place was dirty - lots of cobwebs, frogs in the hot tub, broken bbq grill, tons of stains on sofa, very smelly living room, broken downstairs showers etc. We immediately pointed these to the host, but he couldn’t fix this while we were there. FWIW, he did refund 25% of trip fee back - but the trip was already spoiled by then! Will NOT recommend.

Staying at this place was magical. I’ve been in guerneville several times, this house was just perfect for the two of us. The quietness was what we were looking for. I am planning to go back during winter to enjoy the cold weather.

Booked this spot for a solo getaway to get out of San Francisco for the weekend and it was absolutely perfect!

The house was comfortable and roomy for a larger group. Great location, clean and well maintained. The host was very responsive. All in all a great stay, would visit again.

The pictures don’t really do the place justice. It’s quite large and very comfortable. The location is perfect, away from the little town. Very peaceful. We had a great time, I would book without hesitation.

We had an amazing stay in Bodega Bay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The ocean view was absolutely amazing and made the trip even better. We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

We held our wedding here, and it was a beautiful space with plenty of facilities to host our large event. The properties were spacious and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Heila and the team at Stone Ranch were very responsive, flexible, and helpful as we planned and held our wedding here. We would absolutely come back and recommend this Airbnb to others. We will never forget our weekend at this unique and breathtaking property.
