We enjoyed our stay and would both stay again, and rent from Harman and his management company. The house was as advertised and all was in working condition. The property was clean and very enjoyable. There are very minor maintenance issues, common with any aging coastal property, but overall in very good shape and working condition and comfortable to stay and live in. Harman was amazing to work with. He was very responsive, a great communicator, and any issues or questions that we had he was always right on top of. Toward the end of our rental there was a local area fire that forced our early evacuation — an unfortunate natural disaster. Harman and the property owner were communicative, responsive, helpful, and there to support us through the situation. As advertised the property is right off of Highway 1, where road noise does exist. That said, from the coastal facing balconies and the interior of the property we found the property and area very relaxing and enjoyable.

This house is amazing! The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, making it easy to cook and enjoy the view. The bathrooms have great bidets and modern showers that work well. The hot tub was very clean and easy to use. We greatly appreciated all the thought that went into making this house a successful Airbnb.

We loved our stay! We were three single girls so the layout with two bedrooms up top and private access to the rest of the rooms wasn't ideal, but that was fine and our choice to not use the other wonderful spaces. we were extremely happy overall! The dock is in great condition and plenty of fun water crafts to use in side. Thank you.

It’s a lovely place for a get away. The house has a huge balcony with great views, very relaxing and comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

I’m tempted to say something to try and keep this place to myself, it’s just that special. The photos of this amazing place do not do it justice. The only thing I HIGHLY recommend the owners do is get a hammock for the deck because you’ll want to spend all your time there. What an incredible experience. Thank you for everything Harman!

We had a wonderful stay! This airbnb is beautiful and had everything we could ever need. The pool and other outdoor areas were fantastic, and everything inside was designer level. Harman was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions promptly! We will definitely be back!

A wonderful house for a weekend getaway!

First floor very muddy, any movement from the second floor , you will hear it clearly. The floor is very noisy.

The bedroom on second floor is very comfortable but unfortunately there are no window covers for the third floor. It’s wide open so you will be waken up by the sun.

We had a lost of power due to accident happened, host were trying to help but unfortunately it ruined our last night at the home.

Overall the house is ok not but outdated.

Just a gorgeous setting overlooking Dillon Beach - the photos don't do justice to the experience of just sitting on the chairs in the balcony and staring at the view.

Plenty of room for 6 of us - the kitchen space and the large dining table was great for a chef catered dinner, while taking in the view, of course.

Amenities were perfect, bathrooms well stocked, kitchen had all the required appliances and utensils.

A perfect long weekend - we have earmarked this for a future visit.

My family and I rented this house to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary! We had an amazing time and much of that was due to the wonderful house and incredible location! The view is unforgettable- we watched the water and the birds from the various cozy seating areas during the day and watched the sunset over the water from the hot tub in the evening!
We really appreciated the glass walls along the deck because it kept the kids contained and protected us from the wind (heads up- it's very windy up on the cliffs!), while also allowing us to always see the ocean!
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need! (Thank you for having a stocked spice rack and plenty of Nespresso pods!!)
There were so many thoughtful touches and Harman was the perfect host who ensured we had a wonderful visit!

In the 15 years that I've been staying at various Airbnbs, this has been the most stellar experience I've had so far. Both Harman and the property were stellar. Such a gorgeous property with insane views! Great for a family getaway and loved that it was pet friendly. Already thinking about booking our next visit here, hopefully next year 🤞
