This property is an absolute gem. It was exactly as described and better. The pool was a perfect break in warm afternoon before getting ready for dinner. We managed to get in some morning pickleball games.
All the rooms were great with individual bathrooms and great mattresses. All the air conditioners worked beautiful which made sleeping easy. It’s quiet and beautiful among the vineyards. Totally happy. Couldn’t find a thing wrong. Very close to Healdsburg, wineries and biking routes!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! It was a beautiful place that had everything we wanted and needed for a stay with family and friends. The private river access made it feel like we had the river all to ourselves. Harman is a great and helpful host that made our stay even more amazing. We will definitely be back to make more memories!

Beautiful view and large, clean house.

This is a beautiful home with lots of space and fantastic views, but many things need attention. There were no directions for the two tiny TVs, hot tub or a tricky downstairs shower. One bedroom has a broken shade (and the cleaner says this is not new). Likewise, one bathroom has an obsolete light fixture that makes the room dim; it needs to be replaced. One sink in that bathroom does not work consistently. The kitchen faucet is set to only give out warm or hot water. The freezer part of the fridge was jammed and wouldn't open all the way. There were only 5 wine glasses and no blender. There is evidence of wood rot on the exterior. We were locked out on one occasion, because the door did not unlock as it is supposed to. Fortunately I had my phone and the cleaner told me how to juggle the handle to get it open. Not exactly the "luxury" Harman advertises.

Such an incredible home with magical views all around. The home was even more special than we imagined. You can tell how much love, energy and care it put into the home and land. We loved the koi pond and peaceful gardens, and feeling immersed in nature when you both inside and outside the home. If your like us and love to cook, the kitchen is inviting and has a beautiful big window to watch the sunset through. We highly recommend this home and so happy to had the opportunity to stay there. And all of the hummingbirds that came to visit was another plus, if many…

Beautiful place in a great area. I'd recommend and would happily stay at this property, or another of the host's properties again.

Some extra positives:
- Kitchen basics were provided, plus more: pots pans, can opener, blender etc.
- Basic spices and storage in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, kitchen foil, storage containers)
- Pack and play in the bedroom closet (bring a sheet).
- Host was extremely helpful if we had any questions / issues at the property.

Some detractors:
- Pool water was tinted green due to chlorine reacting with natural chemicals in the water – this is called out at the bottom of the listing, but the photos clearly show blue water, which the pool was not.
- No blinds in the house. If you're sleeping on the sofa bed in the summer, expect to be woken up by the sunrise early in the morning. For the kids room, we brought blackout shades
- Also called out in the description: no AC. The house was in the 80s when we visited at the end of July. There are some fans around

Our family vacations often in Bodega Bay - but we just found our favorite spot. Harman’s home had plenty of room for 5 kids. The views are beautiful. This home is in a peaceful, quiet setting. A quick walk to the beach. Yet it’s so close to great restaurants, wine tasting, shops and super fast car chargers at the Tides!

This was a fun spot to cook and hangout. The spa is clean and delightful. We’ll be back! Thank you, Harman.
