This beautiful property was just what we needed to celebrate my husband’s 51st birthday. The property is extremely quiet and the property is so amazing. It’s cozy with a unique layout, and the structure was built around the surrounding redwoods.
Do not forget to use the hot tub- it was such a treat!

Very nice location and great host. Hot tub was ready right when we got there, which was nice after a long drive. Everything was clean and nicely labeled. Host was proactive and informative and helpful from start to finish.

We had a wonderful family weekend. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable to accommodate six of us. We played golf, pickle ball, did a puzzle and took in the local shops and restaurants. It was just what we needed before the school year started.

I've stayed in Guerneville many times and this house was fantastic. The space was nicely appointed and clean. We loved the privacy and access to the river. It was a pleasant walk into town across the pedestrian bridge.
Harman was very quick to respond to questions. I'm grateful for his support in making this a great getaway.

This house is amazing! Beautifully decorated and its own peaceful oasis! We loved watching the hummingbirds and feeding the koi- all with a spectacular view of the mountains. This owner has thought of everything to make your stay impeccable! We would visit vineyards and shop during the day then come back to relax and have dinner. We met our family who live locally and we could all gather in the beautiful kitchen to catch up on our lives while sharing a meal. We would stay here again! Thank you for a great vacation!

Our family was in town for a wedding and Casa Pavone was the perfect spot for us! The garden & grounds were beautiful but could have used some TLC, especially during the very hot weather we had while there. The location was very quiet and had lots of wildlife (birds/butterflies/frogs/etc!) on the property. We were only about 20-25 minutes away from downtown Healdsburg, Windsor, and the Santa Rosa airport.
We did struggle with reliable/strong wifi (less than 15 mbps when I tested multiple times, and the living room smart tv consistently buffered when we tried watching things on YouTube and other services) while we were there, which was unfortunate since none of us had strong cell service while at the house either. Harman was responsive with suggestions but ultimately the wi-fi didn't improve over the course of our stay.
It was a great space to have family spend time together out by the pool and more than enough space for everyone to spread out in the house.
