In the 15 years that I've been staying at various Airbnbs, this has been the most stellar experience I've had so far. Both Harman and the property were stellar. Such a gorgeous property with insane views! Great for a family getaway and loved that it was pet friendly. Already thinking about booking our next visit here, hopefully next year 🤞

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The house was well equipped with all necessary items to stay in and cook, and to return to at the end of the day after soaking up everything that the area has to offer.

The pool, hot tub, and peaceful surroundings were an added bonus, and great for our group of friends as we were in town running a 5k and 1/2 marathon over the weekend. Harman was very communicative, and helpful when we had any questions. We would definitely stay here the next time we visit CA!

Place is wonderful. Is actually quite large as compared to the photos. We celebrated my wife's birthday here and everyone had a blast. Plenty of space for parking and super close to wineries and some gourmet local restaurants

Incredible River House Experience!

We spent the entire trip down on the large dock that was big enough for our entire family and we had plenty of space at the house with the separate upstairs / downstairs setup. Kitchen had modern upgrades and there was plenty of space for hosting large dinners.

Incredible property and incredible value. Spotless home with many thoughtful touches. Easy drive to Healdsburg, and Forestville and Guerneville had plenty to offer nearby as well! Our family had a wonderful family retreat here and would come back!

Immaculately clean and such nice amenities. Everything matched what was advertised. Host was quick to respond to all my inquiries. My only regret was having to leave. It was a beautiful vacation.

A very comfortable, clean home. For us, the best feature is the spectacular view of the ocean. We saw dozens of whales, amazing sunsets, and the enchanting sound and color of the water.

This was an absolutely amazing home and experience, we felt so lucky to be there! Charming home, sunset over the ocean, sounds of crashing waves, hot tub, and clear view of the Milky Way…what more can you ask for?! We appreciated the warm welcome and the helpful tips as well. Can’t recommend enough!

Our stay at this wonderful property exceeded our expectations! It's a beautiful, very well-decorated home with a great vibe and we enjoyed just being on the property taking in the natural surroundings and neighboring vineyards, along with the architectural beauty of the home and the many fun offerings on the property. There's a sparkling pool, a bocce ball court, a trampoline, ping pong, fuse ball, a piano and other musical instruments to play with. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to relax and read or gather with friends. Our family throughly enjoyed it all! With the plaza being only a few minutes drive away, we loved that the location offered privacy and a country setting while being so close to all amenities. Harman was super kind and responsive with any requests and a pleasure to communicate with. We can't wait to get back up there and highly recommend this place!

This house was just as described. We had a wonderful vacation here- the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped for making all our meals for a group of 7. The hot tub was great after a day of golf and walking on the beach. The views were spectacular!!

Spacious and modern house with a slightly old but beautiful pool, surrounded by gorgeouse nature, from garden plants and trees to the forest behind, it was truly special, private and quiet around. Spent most of our time outdoors and enjoyed the pool for two days. Kitchen is very spacious and fun to cook in. Outdoors bbq was very clean. Would return again.

Wow we almost thought this place was fake because it looked so nice in photos! It was exactly as described, clean, great as a gathering place for lots of friends coming for an adoption party. We will be back!
