Our stay at Wave’s End was the relaxing retreat. Sitting on the back patio watching the waves and weather change through out the day (and the seals!) was our favorite. Highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a well kept, peaceful house for their vacation.

Harman and his family have created an extraordinary space in harmony with the land and sea around it. The master bedroom is something to behold. I could spend days just looking out the living room's main window. And the bathrooms are spas, beds are super comfy and nearly everything is explained in their guidebooks and the messages Harman sends you. I cannot recommend this location highly enough.

Our stay was wonderful thanks to Harman’s support and lovely home! My friends and I were in town for a girls trip and enjoyed spending time together in the home when not out and about exploring!! There were so many things available to use that made our stay so comfortable. Harman’s kindness, quick responses/check-ins, and flexibility was so appreciated. I would absolutely return back to stay!

We planned a surprise birthday weekend and could not have chosen a better place to have it. The home was beautiful, stocked with everything we needed. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed - all the extras including the cuisinart and blender! The outdoor furniture was wonderful and made the outdoor space just as comfortable as the indoor space. The location was perfect and the views were amazing. The host communicated all the information we needed and was very responsive when we reached out. Can’t wait to go back for another relaxing weekend.

This Airbnb feels like it's at the end of the world! Everything is like the pics. Beds are super comfy. There is no air conditioner, but the breeze off the coast in the back is a LOT sometimes, so it cools the house quick, but if needed you can run to the front courtyard, to get out of the wind.

The scenic drive into Gualala is A LOT! Make sure you start with plenty of time to get to the house before dark. The road is WAY more winding than the map looks. You want to be able to enjoy the gorgeous views you'll be seeing, so be prepared to take your time, versus beating the sun. You can't go faster than 25-30mph tops in most parts. FYI.

Gualala is a small town. Nothing open past 9pm. So be ready to post up in the house with great views and energy. or be prepared to be outside taking in nature. Both of which were our personal focus for our trip, so everything was perfect. Just know, this isn't the spot for nightlife & entertainment persay. We LOVED this choice. Harman is GREAT!

My family of 4 decided to extend a work trip down in San Francisco and come up to Sonoma for a long weekend. This house was an absolute treat! Stunning yard, garden, and pool. Our city kids got a kick out of the swing as well as walking the path to TrainTown. Their parents enjoyed the great food and wine nearby! We will definitely return to this beautiful home! A group of me and my queer best friends came up to Guerneville for the weekend to celebrate my 32nd birthday and had the trip of our dreams! The house was the perfect size for a big group, the location made it easy to explore the town, and our private access to the river left us endlessly entertained. Harman was super friendly and proactive with communication for whatever we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

It’s hard to overstate how beautiful this property is. From arrival to check-out we continually were impressed by how much care and attention to detail came through. We’ll be returning. My only hesitation writing such a positive review is I want the place to be available the next time we hope to book it. What a lovely lovely spot.

It's a very cool and unique property in a cool and unique area of Norcal. Comfortable with lots of kitchen stuff and good gathering spaces. The two lofts are cool, particularly if your kids are older than 4 and 8 (like ours). Not sure if it is easy to put a door on the nice 2nd bedroom, but this would be ideal since it's adjacent to living area. Everyone enjoyed the grounds but Sam the labradoodle had more fun than anyone.

Our group of law school friends had a phenomenal long weekend at Harman’s beautiful home. The home is very spacious, airy, and comfortable, with lots of comfortable areas to lounge. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal, and the property felt very private. We visited during a heat wave but could stay comfortable between the beautiful pool and very good fans in every room. The kitchen is well-stocked. It’s just an hour from the Bay Area and only 10 minutes to downtown Sebastopol, where we enjoyed great food and wine. And to top it all off, Harman had great local recommendations. We loved our time here and hope to return!!!

Harmons house was perfect for our family get away. There was ample space, a beautiful airy living room, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We also loved the location, quiet and remote but also just 15 minutes from downtown Healdsburg and conveniently located for wine tasting.
Harmon was extremely responsive and attentive to our communications and made sure we were comfortable and well informed. Thank you Harmon!

Nice place for a family getaway

Our stay at Villa Calibri was truly delightful! The villa was perfect for our group of eight, offering ample hang-out spaces, dining tables, and ensuite bathrooms for everyone. Additionally, the service provided by Harman and their team was exceptional. The house did have a few maintenance issues, such as a broken bed in the master bedroom (repaired upon request), broken fans and exposed electrical cords in a couple of rooms, a large hole in the drywall with exposed insulation in another room, cobwebs in the vaulted windowsills and a minor water-related issue upon check-in. That being said, we had an amazing time, creating core memories to last a lifetime.

Credit where due: the house was clean, well-stocked, and even had Duplo toys. Great distant ocean views, deer on the golf course, and a sense of wildlife. But the appliances, carpet, and décor seem Reagan-era, and for nearly $1000/night, upgrades should be expected. Minor annoyances—weak water heater, lukewarm fridge, no A/C, just one old fan—add up given the price. The bigger issue: misleading listing. “Walk to beach” is technically true, but it’s 20–30 minutes on car roads and trails—not beachfront access. “Dog friendly” also stretches reality; outdoors you’re boxed in by roads, drop-offs, and a golf course where a nosy neighbor tattles if your dog or toddler steps on the grass (while locals walk freely). Overall vibe: you’re not at a “retreat,” but an overpriced outsider’s seat in a golf community, trapped between HOA rules and neighbor surveillance. Clean house, yes—but the value and honesty of the description are sorely lacking.

The house was well stocked and was able to fit our 6 person party easily. There was a great deck that had a view of the ocean and made for a nice place to eat dinner.

The property had a lot of very cool rock artwork and made for a nice place to walk.

We had a very good family get together so I am very pleased with the last few days at this place with view, hot tub, cozy kitchen . Place was close enough to many other beautiful spots in the bay.

Neighborhood was extremely peaceful .
Harmans recommendations on restaurants was useful.

Watching deers stroll by , seals barking :) and beautiful sunsets !

The minor issues we faced ( broken bathroom lock and a not so well draining sink and a few broken window handle ) but nothing that bothered us much. And Harman responded to us right away. We chose not to get them fixed during the stay and Harman gave us a small break for inconvenience.

We had a great time. The house was as described and a good location. We enjoyed coffee on the beautiful porch in the mornings. Harman was a great host.

We had a wonderful time, it was a beautiful location and great place.
