All went well! Heila was very responsive and the property was so interesting!

Wow - what an expansive incredible Airbnb! Literally your own private estate in wine country, what more could you ask for?! Had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely stay again!

Overall the place was really beautiful and a perfect location! Just what we needed for our group of 7! Plentiful bedrooms and bathrooms, all very clean and everything was well appointed (kitchen was very well stocked, really appreciated the tidy and stocked bathrooms, and so many games)! The garages and free EV charging was a nice bonus! Harman was incredibly responsive at all hours!

The only cons that make this more a 4.95 star is that we couldn't control the thermostat (it's under a locked code by the owners), so we were too hot at night and didn't sleep well (even after Harman tried to change it for us), and even though there are multiple wifi networks, none were that strong or reliable. Also, to get to some of the bedrooms/spaces, you have to go through the primary suite and its closet, which is a bit awkward/unprivate.

Super convenient location. And harman was responsive and helpful, even when I forgot something and had to go back the next day. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of space and a great layout. Would stay there again!

The house is lovely, tucked away, and feels like a private retreat. Definitely recommend - a good launching point to so many amazing things to do in the area.

The host was also excellent at communicating—responsive, clear, and genuinely concerned about our experience. When an issue arose, they addressed it promptly and kept us informed every step of the way, which we really appreciated.

Nothing but perfection from this home and its hosts. Communication was prompt, professional, and truly first-class from start to finish. The home exceeded our expectations and was ideal for our family and small group. The layout flows beautifully, allowing for both group gatherings and more intimate conversations. The outdoor space is wonderful in any season, and the grounds were perfect for the kids to run and play. We would absolutely stay here again.

This AirBNB is FANTASTIC!!!! Don't hesitate!!! It is absolutely a beautiful set-up with gorgeous views (and sunsets) - I thought it was more beautiful than the photos. Often AirBNB photos can be a bit misleading, but not in this case. We'd absolutely go back and stay again and hope we do - and I've never written that in an AirBNB review before. A perfect get away from the SF Bay Area for some R&R. Beautiful walks and beaches to explore nearby, great food and restaurants, and a perfect place to just hang out if weather isn't cooperating. Thank you Harman for being an exceptionally helpful and responsive host!

Had a very pleasant weekend in Bodega Bay. The location had great views, a nice kitchen with appliances, and easy checkin/check out. Somethings that could be improved - no blinds so the house would warm up a lot during the day and get really sunny; also the lofted bedroom has steep and narrow stairs. Seating area is not as comfortable in the pictures. Overall a good value for the cost.

This is a beautiful house and very very nicely appointed with great furnishings and very nice kitchen, utensils, and flatware. The yard is charming and the back workout room is very cute and all is as advertised. It’s right near a beautiful little school area in Sonoma and very charming. I enjoyed my visit very much.

My family of 8 had an amazing stay at Blooming Acres! Highly recommend booking!

we rented out the place for a birthday get away, and had the best time! such a cute location- the hot tub was dreamy, and we had a blast. Couldn’t recommend it more!!

The location truly can’t be beat. The views are stunning from every floor, the neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. There was plenty of space for our large group, which is hard to find in Dillon while still being close to the beach.
However, we later discovered the property had recently been listed for sale, which was not communicated prior to our stay. This raised concerns about both privacy and the lack of attention to maintenance. Several key amenities were not functioning, including the dishwasher and one oven, despite us clearly stating we planned to cook large family meals. Because of this, we also had to go into town to purchase basic supplies such as paper towels, dish soap, & trash bags.
At check-in, the cleaning crew walked us through the home to point out broken or missing items and did not leave until 30 minutes after check-in time. The large windows were covered in handprints & feathers from the previous guests.
Ultimately, the time spent together was meaningful & worthwhile.

The house was well set up, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.. especially families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Just book it!! This is a truly one-of-a-kind, extremely well-appointed, luxurious home with a jaw-dropping oceanfront view. My party of 7 was extremely comfortable over Christmas - the kitchen was so well-stocked we felt like we were in one of our own homes and could cook and bake for a crowd. The bedrooms were private hideaways with luxurious bathrooms (one even had a steam/shower) and it felt very private (although it is in fact in between two homes when you are inside the entire compound is shielded from any visual experience of other homes/people). The weather was terrible for most of our stay so we did not use the ample outdoor areas but they looked amazing. Highly recommended. Will come again!

We loved our stay here. The house was spacious & great location. We loved the privacy we felt here as well. It was only 25 min away from the Redwood park, we would definitely stay here again! Harman was very responsive too!
