We had a fantastic week at Hummingway Ranch. The kitchen is truly fully equipped. We were two couples for part of our stay, and bedrooms on opposite ends of the house was nice. Great views off the large back deck. We stayed during winter, so unable to take advantage of the outdoor seating. Should be great in shoulder and summer months. On a small ridge, often just above the fog line. Both hosts were very responsive. We highly recommended this vacation home and look forward to returning in the future.

This was the best Airbnb my friends and I have ever stayed at. It was genuinely beautiful, comfortable and had every single thing we needed. The hot tub was amazing, the view was amazing.

Our group of 6 friends really enjoyed our stay at Riverlands. The location on the river was beautiful and it was walking distance to town. We made some great meals and enjoyed unwinding by the wood burning fireplace. Overall the house was very comfortable and we would definitely stay again. Harman was a great host. As other reviews mention, the kitchen is dated, needs some love, and has some quirks. Harman made of us aware of this before check in and addressed our concerns. It sounds like a new kitchen is in the works and that will really elevate this property.

My friends and our dogs had a wonderful stay here. The house felt so cozy especially on a very rainy weekend with plenty of things to do indoors! Would definitely recommend booking and would love to return.

Only thing we were surprised by was that access to two of the bedrooms required you to go outside onto the porch area and down the porch steps. It was more uncomfortable in the rain due to the cold but the area was still covered! Wanted to give any future guests a heads up as something to be mindful of.

Harman was a great host! We came here for birthday celebrations and truly enjoyed the space and how fast Harman responded to our questions and inquiries. We would love to come visit this house again.

We LOVED our stay! The house was so much more spacious than we expected so it felt truly peaceful while we were there, even with 6 adults, 1 child, and a dog. We had plenty of space. Harman truly thought of everything - this was by far my best airbnb experience yet. The neighborhood was so peaceful and offered beautiful walks around to look at houses or walks to the beach. Everyone in our group had a great and relaxing time, just what we needed.

This house was incredibly comfortable, clean and had so many amenities that our group appreciated. We all felt really lucky to spend some time relaxing in such a beautiful home!The kitchen was well equipped, each room had supportive beds, there were enough robes for all guests, and the living room had beautiful views of the ocean. Harman was a fantastic host and answered any questions we had promptly. I would highly recommend staying here!

The view is everything. Facing the ocean there is a long deck with clear wind protection. Comfortable to sit outside (early January) to watch the waves, eat lunch, read. From inside the house you also have a wrap around view. Spectacular. There is a patio in the front of the house with a very nice hot tub.
The bed is very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked.
Good to know the heat for the entire place is the gas fireplace. It does heat the whole house nicely & there are a few space heaters if needed. The fireplace turns on with a remote hanging on the wall. Easy. We had a cold morning when the pilot light was off but Harman responded quickly so all was fine. I think it was user error on our part. Instructions on the wall are clear.
We would love a repeat visit.
Sunsets, waves splashing on Castle Rock, seals sunning on the rocks. Very peaceful.

Harman was a very responsive and helpful host - had great suggestions on what to do in the area. The property is very spacious and super clean. Beds super cozy and comfortable!

Our stay was amazing and the house was beautiful. We were immediately comfortable and the house was clean with special touches like a basket of blankets and available games. We absolutely plan to come back same time next year!

Everything was outstanding. The beds were an absolute dream to sleep on. Everyone in the group talked about how well they slept on their beds. The kitchen had every gadget and tool you'd need. More than my own kitchen! A blender, mixer, rolling pin, coffee grinder, and all the pots and pans you'd need. Two huge stock pots for crab boils even! The views and hot tub were exactly as pictured and so peaceful and stunning. I highly recommend staying at Pelicans Rest. We had a great trip!

One of the best places I gave ever stayed. The most beautiful view and gorgeous garden ana panoramic windows. House was very clean and had everything for comfortable stay. Location is very calm, right on Highway 1, food market in 10 min drive, Mendocino town 1 hour drive, wineries 1 hour drive. Overall it was a great stay, we had everything what we needed.
