Beautiful view, well supplied, spacious, friendly assistance

We had a wonderful stay at Riverlands! The location is beautiful, and the home itself was spotless (super clean!), comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The layout worked great for our group, with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and two more bedrooms plus a bathroom downstairs (accessible from a separate outside entrance), which gave everyone plenty of space and privacy.

There was no shortage of things to do — our family loved the ping pong table, foosball, board games, hot tub, and fishing on the deck by the river. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We also recommend Saucy Mama’s for dinner!

Beautiful and quite place to relax. Perfect for big groups. A bit out of the way, so make sure to have a car.

Harman to the rescue! I was one of four woman traveling to Sonoma to see a friends art opening. When we checked into our AirBnB the home stunk of skunk. It was awful. I immediately started searching for another rental. It was Valentines weekend and yes, there were four woman each wanting our own room. Harmon’s responded to our request in minutes and within a few hours we were in one of his spectacular properties and well cared for. The home was magical and Harman went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to book any of the properties he represents.

We hosted my brother’s wedding proposal at Harman’s place, and it couldn't have been more perfect! The setting is incredibly peaceful and provided the ideal backdrop for such a special occasion. Our entire group of friends had an absolute blast, there was so much to do on-site that nobody wanted to leave. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking to host a memorable event!

We loved our stay here! This was a peaceful quiet home with plenty to do. Conveniently located close to downtown Guerneville and restaurants. The place was well kept and clean with lots of amenities and everyday items that you might need. The patio area was also great for kids and pets with a completely fenced in area and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood with ocean views in every room! We enjoyed our stay here! 😃

We had a great time and the place worked well for us. The only things people should be aware of are the fact that the WiFi is not secured and if you have Verizon coverage, the signal is too weak to be able to use your phone much. AT&T worked fine for one of our group. The other thing is that the driveway is quite steep so if your car is low to the ground you will need to pull in and pull out carefully. None of these things were issues for us, but I think they are worth noting. Harman was extremely responsive to any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and views were spectacular. Very relaxing trip, the place is well kept and very roomy. We would definitely stay here again. I still amazed with the views. Thank you very much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

We had an amazing time staying here. It was close to many many wineries, groceries were convenient, as were many other necessities.
The area is beautiful. The house is unique and cozy. We enjoyed a fire and had a family dinner each night. Thank you for the stay! It was everything we needed for the week.

Our stay at Harman cabin was absolutely wonderful. It’s hard to find a more perfect rental in the area- trust me- I was in property management for years in Russian River. The space is serene and extremely thoughtful. A perfect destination for a romantic, private or small group getaway. I cannot wait to go back!

The Airbnb and neighborhood are beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed - crab shell crackers, chopsticks, cooking oil, Saran Wrap, etc. Parking was easy. Access to the beach, golf course, and drinks at Drakes were all very easy. Thank you!

We stayed at this property for a week, Jan 31 to Feb 7, 2026. The property is as described and as seen in the photos. The views of the sea are from every possible angle. The primary bedroom has stunning views in 2 directions. The other 2 bedrooms face the front of the house and don’t have a sea view. Highway 1 is close by, but the traffic noise is very limited and we mostly did not notice it. The yard is fenced, which was great for our little dog. But watch out for ticks. He picked up a few. We had spectacular weather during our stay. Cocktails in the cliffside chairs was awesome. The hot tub is very nice. Cooks beach is super close (5 minutes drive south) with easy access down a steep trail, but watch out for sleeper waves. Don’t visit at high tide! Easy parking at Cooks beach for only 2 or 3 cars. Enjoyed cooking in the well supplied kitchen. Sufficient TP, soap, and paper towels supplied! The CD player didn’t work for us but was a very minor point. We absolutely loved this property

We could not have asked for a better host and property for our first venture into Airbnb! The home is amazing, and the grounds are peaceful and beautiful. It surpassed our expectations. We were extremely comfortable at Villa Colibri and made great use of the chef's kitchen (THAT RANGE!). We found at least four different dining vignettes on the property, each one creating its own mood. In fact, the home itself if something of a labyrinth- we kept finding new details and rooms up until the day we checked out. The hot tub was such a treat, and the pool was quite something. A bit cold for us to enjoy, but then again we were there the first week of February. Harman was extremely responsive and informative. He suggested an in-home massage or a chef to enhance our stay, neither of which we would have thought of without his suggestion.

Lovely, peaceful home in a restful setting. Spectacular views. Beach access requires a short drive, but that's fine. Home is beautiful, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Would love to return. Harman was very responsive and helpful.

This place is a true gem! The beaches within minutes were incredible and the house was immaculate with a stunning view of the ocean. Our family of 4 made the best memories! Highly recommend!

Great house that was designed for a relaxing weekend. Everything we could reasonably expect was readily available and in working order. Good communication and easy check in and out. Definitely recommend.
