Our stay was fantastic and very relaxed and enjoyable. The views of the ocean were amazing. Harman was a great help with all the tips he gave and quick to communicate with. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We highly recommend this home.

Harman was very responsive and accommodating to our group’s needs. The size of the property was great for our group of 12. Plenty of room to relax in the living room, dining room, and outdoors. Beds were comfy and generously sized.

The only downside was the water quality - we noticed a faint iron-like smell from the sinks and showers. Also the master bed and bath had a noticeable smell that appeared to be coming from the toilet itself, which I suspect was related to the same water issue. Hopefully this can be addressed and resolved for future guests.

Unforgettable trip. The views were astonishing and even better in person! The property had a lot for us to experience and Harman’s recommendations for activities to do nearby were top tier. I would definitely come here again, it was a very special memory for me and my loved one.

This was a lovely place to stay with a large group. Very well-maintained home and well-stocked kitchen. The space is nicely decorated. A couple things to note:
- We were able to see all the stone art across the property in about a 30 minute walk
- There are only two bathrooms and one of them is in the primary bedroom
- To reach one of the bedrooms you have to go out the front door and down the stairs. There's also no bathroom down there.

Overall, I recommend this stay if you want to use it as a home base to explore the beautiful Gualala area, but the property itself wasn't as nice as I expected (i.e. smaller grounds than expected, the stone art areas weren't as nicely maintained as they look in the photos)

Perfect home for my wife and daughter to escape the city. We enjoyed the hot tub after our golf rounds. Would highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay in Anchor Bay. The location is absolutely beautiful, with incredible sculptures and nearby hiking trails that made the whole experience feel special and peaceful.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home was thoughtfully stocked with so many cooking essentials and useful items, which made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. It’s truly great for all ages, and we especially appreciated the extra touches for dogs — including a spare leash, bowl, and bed.

We would happily stay here again!

Not transparent about specific concerns, I had asked prior to arrival due to the last reviews. There was a lot of broken things in the house, including the hot tub. The water pressure was horrible. The shower downstairs was cold water unless you placed the knob a specific way which we didn’t find out until night 2 there is no air-conditioning in the house so if you get hot in one of the downstairs bedrooms and he tells you to open the windows, the window is broken shut so you cannot open it. There is a shower door missing in the upstairs bathroom, there was a broken ceramic fish out on the deck that we had to move so the kids didn’t cut themselves on it. The bathroom toilets got clogged several times. There were hardly any hand towels in the kitchen no chopping board the refrigerator freezes everything so be careful with that. There’s a couch downstairs that has a fold out bed, but it looks so disgusting. We didn’t even attempt it. All together not worth the money. Very disappointed

Harmon is the quintessential Airbnb host. From our first message to checkout, he was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was easy and seamless. The house is the perfect Russian River escape peaceful, beautifully set up, and exactly what you hope for when you want to exhale. You feel tucked into the redwoods, yet you are just a short drive to the coast and surrounded by incredible wineries and charming towns. It truly offers the best of all worlds. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

OMG. We so enjoyed the house! It was such a perfect view! Our only complaint is that we are spoiled for any other stay. If we could have cancelled the rest of our itinerary I would have done so!

Harman's property had everything my group of five needed for our week stay in Santa Rosa. It is a couple miles out of the center of town, tucked away, with vineyards neighboring in all directions. The listing matches everything this home has to offer. My guests and I enjoyed the beautiful landscape and garden surrounding the home, as well as the hot tub that was just steps from the front door. The beautiful outdoor spaces were amazing and offered the option to grill outside as well. Communication was easy, but you will rarely need to communicate anything since Harman made sure everything was set before our arrival.

The home isn't exactly walking distance to restaurants or activities, but travel to and from the property is easy (and who wouldn't like the serene, calm drives through wine country anyway?). We tried a few of the recommended restaurants and vineyards throughout our stay, and they were all wonderful. I definitely recommend this home to any group traveling to Santa Rosa!!

The Redstone House and the property at the Mendocino Stone Ranch in Gualala are amazing. We had 7 adults and 4 kid s 6-14. The house was big and cozy. The kitchen was the best stocked of any vacation rental I've ever been in. Anything and everything you need to feed all those people. The most exciting part of our stay was wondering the amazing grounds. The property is magical - with so many beautifully created stone works. Everything from a tiny tile leaning against a tree, to a tower overlooking the ocean. Many stone artists came to express themselves and create beautiful tributes to the land. I feel we need to return just revisit and discover more stone creations. I highly recommend reading of the history of the ranch online. We were all very comfortable there and had a marvelous few days of nature and art.

Our stay at Kanzler Vineyard Estate was nothing short of extraordinary. The home is absolutely gorgeous, set among breathtaking vineyard views and just steps from the tasting room. Being surrounded by one of the finest Pinot vineyards in all of West Sonoma County made the experience feel truly special. The hosts are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, offering insights that deepened our appreciation for the property and the wines. The house itself is beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. And the beds and linens? Simply amazing. We slept like it was our own bed. A perfect wine country escape in every way.

The house was in a great location. We walked to the clubhouse for drinks and to watch the sunset and also walked to Pinnacle gulch trail, which led down to the beach. There were lots of good restaurants just a short drive away. What we loved is that the house is dog friendly with a dog run on the side yard. The host was very responsive and helpful, we had a great time and are looking forward to returning!

We had a wonderful weekend at Harman’s place in Bodega Bay. It was in a beautiful setting with very comfortable spaces and a very well appointed kitchen. We hope to return soon and would to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Seagate. The ocean view from the house is spectacular. We came during rainy days and the house didn’t disappoint. The backyard was not muddy. The pathway around the house has gravel and stones to walk around. We had everything we needed during our stay. Also, Harman is a great host. He responds promptly to my inquiries.
My only suggestion is to have a dedicated area for pet waste and disposal (maybe use the front yard away from scenic back yard). To prevent pet owners from letting their dog poop around the picnic area and chairs, leaving their waste behind and ruining future visitor’s experience.

Couldn’t be a more perfect getaway for me and my dog! Harman’s been super communicative before and throughout my stay. The cabin had all the amenities one could want and need - I especially appreciate the cozy blankets around the cabin and keurig coffee capsules for my morning fix. Really love the workspace view of redwoods and sound of flowing river next to the cabin, so serene and peaceful. Private and spacious front yard to just stretch my legs while my pup explores when we just want to stay close by. Short driving distance to downtown with Safeway in case you need anything, and to dog-friendly hikes. Looking forward to be back again!

This place is stunning! The views are beautiful, location is great. Close enough to town to go get dinner at. We had some issues with the thermostat and hot tub and Harman was quick to respond and helpful with figuring it out. He provides a list of places near by as well. Definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Harman was so sweet and kind. He was super responsive whenever we had questions. The villa was amazing and beautiful. It was very spacious. Our family had a great time together and made unforgettable memories.
