Accurate to pictures. Beautiful spot to explore Bodega Bay. We especially enjoyed the beach trails and seafood.

Beautiful home in Bodega Bay with views of the ocean and golf course. My family stayed a couple of days before Thanksgiving and everyone loved the peaceful surroundings and the views. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. The home was comfortable and clean. We were able to enjoy cocktails at Clubhouse before checking in which was great…beautiful views there, too. We were able to check in an hour early, very grateful for the accommodation! I really liked the app for the home which provides information for things to do in the area, information about the home, etc.

My favorite experience about the home was the family of raccoons that came up to the sliding screen door in the living room…just peeking in while we were watching a movie! It was adorable!

Great home with a wonderful view of the beach. Kitchen is well equipped and the beach is a short drive. Enjoyed staying here with our friends for our thanksgiving break.

Harman was very responsive and the place was exactly as advertised. Kitchen was VERY well outfitted. Everything was clean. We stayed there with our adult children. So much nicer than 3 hotel rooms. Great living room/dining room to hang out. Was exactly what we wanted and will definitely go back. Thanks Harman!

What a wonderful week up in paradise. The house is beautiful, well kept, and has plenty of cooking utensils for the culinary types (like me). Thank you again for sharing your place with my family.

We loved our stay here! The house was so charming, filled with character yet very clean with a huge gorgeous well stocked kitchen. We made Thanksgiving dinner there and they had everything we needed! (Spices, appliances, serving dishes, etc). Harmon was very communicative and got back to me right away if I had questions. The landscaping and outside were beautiful too and the neighborhood was nice and quiet and perfect to walk our dog. I highly recommend!

We (three couples) had a wonderful stay! The grounds are incredible, with pickleball, bocci ball, ping pong, basketball…and views! We even plucked a lemon from the lemon trees for garnishing cocktails. The en-suite bedrooms were comfortable, and the common areas throughout the home were charming and relaxing. Everything you could ever need was found in the kitchen. The location is an easy and pretty 5 minute drive into Healdsburg. We were really looking forward to our few days in Healdsburg/Sonoma and our accommodations here contributed to everyone’s expectations being exceeded. Harman was a great communicator….proactive and responsive.

The lock is particular and takes a while to work.
The only disappointment is it's pretty far from the nearby restaurant areas that we visited so it was inconvenient to drive 30 min each time to head to Bodega Bay for restaurants.

Stayed at a stunning cliff top property in Gualala with unbelievable ocean views. The surroundings were peaceful, the scenery was incredible, and everything we needed was just a short walk away, including great restaurants and local shops. A wonderful place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended.

Harman’s place is wonderful! The location cannot be beat. We enjoyed all the beautiful views from the many windows! The spa was wonderful. The beach was super close and walkable. Lovely stay and I would return!

The house was great. Spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything to cooked dinner. My only suggestion is to have curtains on the rooms and living because the outside was really dark. I’m scared of the darkness.

We had three couples for a long weekend in Napa! Herman’s place was perfect! All the rooms were comfortable and had great amenities. Harman was very prompt and responsive to all of our questions prior to the trip! The porch is amazing place to have your morning coffee! Highly recommend!

This was a truly fantastic Airbnb. My husband and I absolutely loved the setting – it was private, quiet, and so beautiful. The house itself is really nice. Everything you need is there, and the host is so responsive and easy to communicate with, just wonderful. This was a 5+ star rating for me, and I would come back here next time I come to Mendocino Coast. Highest recommendation…

Want to keep it a secret! Beautiful and peaceful place for an amazing staycation.

My family and I were looking forward to the stay at Riverlands for a special occasion. We weren’t sure if our travel plans from East Coast to CA would be possible because of FAA air traffic restrictions. After successfully travelling across the country only to encounter the deferred maintenance situation in the kitchen resulting in active water damage & mold which rendered the house uninhabitable for our use, we did not appreciate the lack of transparency from this host. Airbnb Support successfully resolved this situation and helped us secure alternative housing on the day. Extremely stressful and unnecessary complexity to the start of our family vacation. If I can post a picture of the water logged and warped kitchen floor with black growth I will. I respectfully ask the host, while responsive, to do the right thing and fully fix and properly renovate that portion of the kitchen including cabinets and floor before reposting this property as available. The location was truly beautiful.

Amazing location with beautiful views of the ocean. The high Adiron tech chairs were awesome and the binoculars were a great touch and of course the hot tub was my favorite!

Absolutely amazing place to stay!! The house is so spacious and comfortable! We loved cooking in the kitchen and all the different seating areas! The outdoor space was the highlight, with an incredible ocean view, hot tub, and fire pit! Highly recommend staying here!
