Relax in plush king/queen beds with fresh linens, enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a workstation with a 24 inch monitor, Roku TV in bedrooms and living room, and prepare delicious meals in fully-equipped kitchens featuring brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and tableware you need.

Our central location puts you within walking distance of countless shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as the Ohio State University campus, the Wexner Center for the Arts, and many other local attractions. Living area: Vibrant and fun decor, soft Article couch that is easy to sink into, and can also be converted to a queen sleeper bed featuring a dreamy memory foam mattress. 55 inch Roku TV that easily connects to all of your favorite streaming services, and a high top table to enjoy a meal or coffee.

Work Station: Includes a desk with 24 inch monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse to comfortably work from home.

Kitchen: This is a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, with everything you need to cook the largest of meals or just make your morning coffee before you run out to start your day.

Weinland Park is a neighborhood located just north of downtown Columbus, Ohio. Historically, it was a working-class neighborhood with a mix of residential and commercial buildings, but in recent years it has undergone significant redevelopment.

Today, Weinland Park is a diverse and rapidly-changing community with a mix of older homes and new, modern apartment buildings. The neighborhood is home to a mix of families, young professionals, and students from nearby Ohio State University.

The house is near a dead-end, so the through traffic is relatively light and street parking is plentiful. There’s no parking meters in the neighborhood, nor are parking permits needed.

Weinland Park is conveniently located near several transportation options, making it easy to get around the neighborhood and to other parts of Columbus:

COTA Bus: The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) operates several bus routes through Weinland Park, providing access to the rest of Columbus. Route #2 is a particularly popular route that runs through the neighborhood and connects to downtown Columbus and the Ohio State University campus.

Bike: Weinland Park is a bike-friendly neighborhood, with several bike lanes and paths throughout the area. The Ohio to Erie Trail, a 326-mile bike trail that connects Cincinnati to Cleveland, runs through the neighborhood.

Car: Weinland Park is located near several major highways, including I-71 and SR-315, making it easy to access other parts of Columbus by car. Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.

Ride-Sharing: Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are widely available in Weinland Park and can be a convenient option for getting around the neighborhood or to other parts of Columbus.

Walking: Weinland Park is a walkable neighborhood, with several amenities and attractions within a short distance of each other. Many residents choose to walk or bike to nearby restaurants, shops, and parks.
