– There is a $150/stay to turn on the pool heater. The temperature is controlled remotely.
– Pool heat is weather-dependent and may not be effective during cold months, especially in winter, early spring, and late fall.
– Please remember and observe the county regulations that prohibit more than ten people (over the age of 3) sleeping overnight, and that limit the maximum number on the grounds at any one time to 16.
– In the spirit of sharing homes with one another through sites like Airbnb and other booking sites, it is crucial that we treat each other’s homes as though they were our own. If we treat the homes, the local resources, and the neighbors with respect and consideration, this wonderful experiment of sharing will succeed. If we do not, then our regulatory agencies will work to make it impossible, our rights as homeowners will be limited, and our choices as guests will be minimal and costly.

When you stay at The Curated Haven, you’re covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a “management fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of “all risk” damage protection coverage on your rental property.
