– Pet friendly w/ $100 fee (+ fees & taxes, dogs only, 1 max)
– There is an optional pool heat fee of $100/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to the entire stay). The pool is usually warm between June 1 and September 30. Additional heating must be requested in advance. Pool heating will not be available during the winter months (November-March)
– There is scheduled pool maintenance every Tuesday and yard maintenance every Wednesday. If guests are due to stay during those times, they should anticipate the maintenance to last a couple of hours
– Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
– Driveway parking (3 vehicles), free street parking is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis
– RV parking prohibited
When you stay at Sonoma Sunshine, you’re covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a “management fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of “all risk” damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.

Tremont Lodge and Resort is nestled in the Smokies and surrounded by nature. Due to our close proximity to the mountains, there may be instances where bugs are present. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide you with an authentic and serene natural experience.

Please be informed that a security deposit of $25 per night will be collected upon check-in. This amount will be held on your card temporarily for incidentals during your stay and will be returned after 5-7 business days.

All refunds are subject to a deduction of a 3% service fee.
