– The Country Club boasts a variety of dining options, including a deli, The Bar and Grill, and the main restaurant.
– The community pool is heated seasonally, from May through October.
– EV chargers are available at the main Silverado Resort in several convenient locations, including near The Marketplace. These are about a 10–15 minute walk from the house.
– This privately owned home is located within the Silverado Residential Community but is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort & Spa. As a result, guests are not subject to the $25/day resort fee.
– Guests not staying with Silverado Resort and Spa can purchase a day pass for $75 Monday through Friday and $100 on Saturday and Sunday by walk-in.
– Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are exclusively available to Silverado Resort & Spa guests, Troon members, or can be arranged through a local golf professional.
When you stay at Augusta Court, you’re covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a “management fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of “all risk” damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
