This is a really unique property with so much space and truly beautiful surroundings. Harman was a great host, very responsive and was able to accommodate a late change in our travel plans. We did have a minor misunderstanding with music being played outside that we were able to resolve. Overall highly recommend staying at this villa, you won't regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at Harman’s Airbnb! We were there for three nights and it was the perfect spot for our small family. The home is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen for simple meals to a great barbecue setup and a cozy living room for relaxing.

The pool was clean and refreshing, and the Jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind in the evenings. Every room had a comfortable bed, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the home really stood out.

Harman was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and wine tasting spots in the area. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay again!

This was a great place for our family weekend in the Santa Rosa area for our century bike ride. Lovely grounds, easy to find, perfectly located. It isn’t updated or fancy but very cozy and ample. Great place for a couple, family, or group. Quiet and private while being close to great food, wine, trails and other attractions.

Beautiful house for a peaceful getaway, with ocean view. Harman communicated in advance with clear instructions for the house and local things to do. Loved the stay! Will definitely be back!

Harman was an incredible host. He was proactive before we got there and very responsive with any questions we had. As noted in the listing, you do need to go outside to get to the downstairs and the heating is by way of space heaters.

The owners of the house have a dog so that's something to be mindful if you're allergic and sensitive.

Beautiful home & incredible views! Both bedrooms and beds were cozy, kitchen was spacious and well equipped, hot tub and balcony were great for relaxing. This location was very private and Haram was responsive and welcoming!

Amazing stay!

I was blown away by this property. Not only is the house itself beautiful, the property is gorgeous. Huge front and backyard, hammock and swing that my kids loved. This home has everything you need and more: fully stocked kitchen, bbq, plenty of outdoor seating, gym, hot tub, pool, ample space. They truly have thought of everything you could need. Harman was an excellent host. He gave us lots of local recommendations, provided clear instructions for check in and check out, and was responsive when we left something behind to allow us to come get it quickly after check out. We loved this house, and look forward to renting it again when we return to Sonoma.

What an amazing place! Beautiful inside and out. Very clean. Cooked all week, kitchen very well stocked. Appreciated all the extras that were provided (multiple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, extra trash bags, Kleenex in every room, extra towels). Plenty of room for family to spread out. Amazing view out the back. Ate dinner on the deck and enjoyed the vineyard and mountain views. Beautiful gardens on the property with paths to walk. My husband said this is "our best airbnb by far."

Elizabeth is very responsive and easy to communicate with. She worked with us to extend our stay and get into the property a little early when our travel plans changed.

If we are ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay here.

What an incredible place. If you are considering staying here do it. This place had everything we needed for the stay, it was incredibly clean, but the views my goodness are breathtaking taking. So close to a huge active beach. Plenty of room and bathrooms. Kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. Herman the host was very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend staying. We will be back.

I highly recommend Harman's place! Harman was very responsive in all our communications and very detailed and helpful. The location was great: on the Russian River with your own dock and 3 complementary kayaks, vests, and oars were available during our stay. The place was also so close to a playground, downtown, including restaurants and a grocery store. Third, the separated upper/lower floor was perfect our group of 8! The highlight was the expansive deck overlooking beautiful trees in every direction, the comfy patio furniture and outdoor dining set, and the hot tub off the primary bedroom. There is a spacious backyard, with a cute arbor leading to fruit trees (lemons were available during our stay) were you could have a nice picnic. The river dock is beyond this area by going down some stairs (which were under construction during our stay). The inside of the home was organized, well-labeled, and a had a lot of nice touches, like throw blankets, a dog bed, and a fireplace.
