As advertised - great pool, location, view, and house - would recommend. Beds were comfy too.

We had such an incredible stay! The place is gorgeous and so relaxing. It felt very peaceful and being in the redwoods was incredible! The home was beautifully decorated, and spotless . The hot tub is out of this world! Harnan was an incredible host and made sure that we had everything that we needed. I can’t recommend this place more. I hope to come back!

Amazing location and service.

It was a pretty good place, with access to the beach. some things were a miss but Harman fixed them promptly.

A delightful place with an incredible, clean and comfortable house. I don't like washing dishes, but I enjoyed every dish, because the view from the kitchen window is stunning !!!! My family, including my dog ( of course!!!) loved our stay. We will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful place to stay. House and gardens are stunning and the tranquility is perfect. Easy to get to downtown. Nice setup all round.
My only word of caution is if you have a good vehicle park away from the trees near the front gate. They drop nasty sap that is very hard to clean.
I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. One of the best equipped AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed at.

WHAT A FIND!!! This Gualala airbnb is absolutely magical! The views were spectacular, it was super cozy, the bed was huge and very comfortable, the hottub was perfect, the technology worked great - we really could not have asked for a more perfect place. It was windy and cold in early June (in the 50s) but the big fireplace kept us comfortable. We even had a little fawn come right up to the glass on the deck our first morning to say hello, and we were visited by 2 big bucks in the evening!

Harman is seriously a 5 star host - he was responsive, proactive, kind and a great communicator. You cannot ask for better. We highly recommend.

We loved the pizza from Upper Crust and the Black Door Restaurant down the street was a great value - the guys there are really nice, and their eyes will light up if you want to talk about soccer LOL. Check out the Sea Ranch Lodge for drinks, and don't miss the Chapel by the fire department!

I absolutely loved staying here! It was a dream come true! The perfect weekend getaway to relax and unwind. The host gave some local recommendations that we loved. He was also responsive to questions about the location.

Great space for our family group that included young kids and a dog. It was very clean and the backyard with the dock/kayaks/rafts, beautiful open green space and multiple games from ping pong to cornhole were really great to have! The location was nice and allowed us to easily walk into town over the pedestrian bridge everyday. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was super responsive throughout our time. We had one minor issue that came up on site that the host went above and beyond to resolve. We would definitely recommend!

Wow!! So much to see and so unique! The kids enjoyed all of the paths and trails and the adults loved the art everywhere. Such a perfect family trip! The kids also loved sleeping in the lofts while the adults loved the other rooms.

Harman was an amazing host. He communicated really well. His home was so beautiful. We felt like we were in a luxurious tree house! There were pretty, fresh flowers when we arrived. Harman had very few check out instructions which made it very relaxing for us. We will be back!

We rented Villa Terra Bella for a relaxing getaway with 10 girls. The property is beautiful, spacious and had enough room for everyone to get their own bed. Harman was a wonderful host who was very responsive, attentive and flexible. The Mediteranian-style property is surrounded by nature yet very close and conveniently located near wineries and downtown Healdsburg. It's a very relaxing and spacious Airbnb. My only feedback is that the house is on a septic system that is in close to the main guest bedrooms, so a smell filters into the house and was present in the bathroom spaces. The house can also use a little TLC with minor wear and tear, but it's a great value for what you get.

Harman’s place was a beautiful spot to spend the weekend. The house has stellar views and was impeccably clean. We had some of our friends stay with us, and while Dillon’s beach was hit with the foggy June gloom, we enjoyed staying in. The amenities were well stocked for families with little kids and Harman was a very responsive host!

Great spot! Close to downtown and short walk to the Russian River.

We stayed for 5 days and were still discovering more beautiful art and quiet spots and wildlife on the last day.

The host is prompt in communicating and did whatever she could to make our stay delightful and uncomplicated.

It was great to spend the Memorial Day weekend at Patricia’s and the host was easy to communicate and the place was lovely and exactly as described and it was relaxing and a fun time with family

Definitely highlight of our trip. The place sits on top of a small hill. With the open deck, you got a nice view of the surrounding mountains.

Overall, five star place.

Place is clean, has all the household supplies we needed. Big kitchen. The dates we visited are very hot. It’s nice there are ACs in each room and you can set the temp per room.

We had lots of fun spending a weekend there! Very peaceful, beautiful view and the pool makes it the perfect summer getaway from the city.
