The master bedroom upstairs serves as a private retreat, complete with direct access to the deck where you can take in the sights and sounds of the surrounding greenery. Two additional bedrooms and a pull-out couch provide plenty of space for groups of up to 8 guests.

After a day of wine tasting or exploring the area, sink into the outdoor hot tub and let the stress melt away. Surrounded by trees, it’s the perfect spot to relax, reconnect, and soak in the natural setting — whether in the warm afternoon light or the cool evening breeze.

“Lovely place. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful as it is located just on the outskirts of town but a short distance from restaurants and shops. Woke up to birds singing in the morning. It was “base camp” for our Sonoma wine tasting trip and it was perfectly located. More than enough easy parking. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and common areas. Decorated with care and thought.”

The home has its own private space but shares a driveway with a few other residences on the 5-acre property, including the owner’s. While you may see others using the drive, the house itself is separate and offers a peaceful, private stay.

When you stay at Blooming Acres, you’re covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a “management fee” on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of “all risk” damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
