We locked ourselves out almost immediately, but they responded right away and were there in 5 minutes. They were extremely understanding about it. The house was as promised, and very clean. It's in a beautiful area and they had a welcome binder with all of the necessary instructions and local recommendations. I would stay here again.

We simply loved our stay at Elizabeth’s impeccable place! Spacious home with expansive views of Sonoma valley and wine country. Super comfortable furnishings and beds, with individual climate control in every room. Incredible location with quick access to great restaurants, wineries, river activities, even ocean beaches. Wonderful great room with dedicated bar sink/fridge/dishwasher. Top notch!

We really enjoyed our time at your house, there was plenty of space to relax, the accommodations were comfortable and the view was amazing, thank you for sharing, we are hoping to return again in the future!

Thank you Kevin and Serika for hosting us and being super flexible ! We loved the farm-like setting, the idyllic and peaceful surroundings and the copious amounts of greenery everywhere! The house was just as described, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived! Quiet walks around the property in the mornings and evenings were our favorite part! You have a lovely place and we would love to visit again next time we are in wine country !

We loved staying here — peaceful retreat among the redwoods that was only a 10 minute drive to the ocean. The property itself is stunning with incredible stone work featured throughout. Would absolutely stay again.

Really enjoyed this house. The views were absolutely amazing! Very peaceful house and neighborhood. The house was huge and nicely laid out for the 7 of us that stayed there. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary dishes/pans and the house was very clean.

This was our first time in Dillon Beach. Lovely area and the beach was fantastic. Very popular with tourists and dogs, but everyone was chill and just having a good time. I'd recommend stopping for groceries ahead of getting to the house as there isn't really a larger store nearby and bring beach toys/chairs/towels from home- you will want to do some serious beach time. We did rent boogie boards at the little local market - very reasonable.

Great views and space. Check-in and communication were easy, and the house was clean. It was perfect for a weekend getaway!

We're from Las Vegas and wanted to get away from the 110 degree heat and this place hit the spot!! Beautiful surroundings, awesome location and last but not least, the small welcoming town of Forestville. During the day, we visited local wineries and few in the Napa area and at night, we enjoyed wine & games on the awesome wraparound balcony. So peaceful...exactly what we were looking for! Definitely will be back as we seem to have missed Bodega Bay and many more Sonoma Wineries. Many thanks to Elizabeth & Gayle for sharing this special place!

There is a lot of great rental inventory in this region, but we feel like we won. We stayed very busy during the day with winery tours, hiking, visiting the coast, dining out, etc., but we were always super-eager to get back "home" because the property was so perfectly conducive to relaxing, conversation, and being refreshed.

We gathered with immediate family for my wife's 60th bday. We loved the spacious two level home which also felt cozy. The beds were comfortable and rooms were all good size. We enjoyed the large kitchen counter and the abundant supplies of towels etc. Communication from the host was perfect. We loved the patio and enjoyed the views of the Bay from the backyard and upstairs. The game room upstairs was well stocked with books, toys and games for all ages. Our 3 year old grandson loved playing with the legos, and little cars. My wife was pleasantly surprised and fell in love with the place. The kids too enjoyed hanging out and the late nightcaps in the family room. Overall an excellent choice for a short quick getaway.

This home was incredible and had everything we needed to host our family. We enjoyed the family room and the spacious outside. The house was modern, updated, and clean. The host was very easy to communicate with and explained everything we needed to know. The pool does not come heated, if this is something you want to enjoy, I would recommend asking them to heat it up on the night you arrive. Fantastic place!

This house was unique & perfect for our needs! We had adults of different ages & 3 kids (12 & under). We were celebrating a big event & the house provided so much to do, different areas to hang out (inside house, game room, deck, pool, yard). We went to Sonoma wineries & went to Santa Rosa - very convenient!! The decor was fabulous & entertaining. Aaron was very responsive to any questions we had. Great place to stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed Alex's place which has a breathtaking view from all the rooms and a unique and wonderful layout with separate living areas spread over 3 levels. The house had all the features described in the listing. It also had some deficiencies that were mentioned in prior reviews, including missing shades in the upstairs master bedroom, absence of laundry detergent, an inadequate supply of propane, and a formidable and unsettling check out process with threats of substantial penalties for noncompliance. Once these deficiencies are corrected, this property will easily earn a 5 star rating.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, thoughtfully equipped and in a wonderful area. We are fans of West Sonoma County, and had friends from out of state to introduce to the region, so were looking for a house to serve as a home base. Elizabeth's place was the perfect location. The home is tastefully decorated and every amenity is provided. We cooked a handful of meals, and everything we could have possibly needed was there. I cannot think of another vacation rental that I have stayed in that was as thoughtfully apportioned as this one - great instructions, helpful labels, great quality materials and furnitures. The koi pond was a lovely amenity, and the views from the deck were beautiful. Elizabeth was very helpful and responsive. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The hosts Alex and Bre were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The location is stunning, with picturesque vineyards and a lovely pool that was perfect for relaxing.

One of the highlights of our stay was the wine tasting with Bre in their new tasting room. The experience was amazing, and the wine was the best we've ever had. Both the kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves, making it a memorable trip for the whole family.

We can't wait to come back soon! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting with exceptional hosts.
