The house matched every detail in the description and was a wonderful stay. The check-in and instructions were very clear and easy to follow with a flexible check in check out procedure.
Communication with the host was very easy and quick. We had some concerns when we checked in and were quickly resolved once we spoke. My family and I would love to stay here again in the future.

One of the best properties and experiences we have had. Everything in the house is well thought out and the unobstructed views of the ocean from almost every part of the house was unforgettable. While there were many dining options nearby, we didn’t feel like leaving the property for all it had to offer.
Herman is a great host - responsive and accommodating.

I had high expectations from the photos and description, and this AirBnB managed to exceed them. It is comfortable and spacious, and the location is unbeatable. We had a great time hanging out at the house, cooking together, and using the floats and kayaks at the private dock. Harman was friendly and responsive, and gave us great recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this lovely guesthouse in Santa Rosa for a birthday getaway with a group of 7 (plus one dog), and it was perfect. The space was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — it really felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything, including a highlight of the trip: a visit to the Russian River. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again!
The place was super cute and we had a great time here. The outside area is very quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed!
This rental set a new, high bar for us on Airbnb. The views were INCREDIBLE (even better than the photos), the house was even better than described, and perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well-stocked and had the cutest matching sets of high-quality ceramic plates, bowls, glasses, and more. Cooking was a breeze, though we mostly went out to eat at restaurants, of which there were several options located less than 5 minutes away. The bedding was hotel-quality, and even more comfortable than our bed at home! Bathrooms were newly remodeled, exceptionally clean, and spa-like. I have never seen a place with such thoughtful touches, so incredibly neat, and convenient. It made us feel like home as soon as we walked through the door. All our needs were anticipated. Our kids loved discovering the books, toys, and puzzles that were available throughout the home. We spent many happy hours looking at the wildlife and enjoying the serenity of this home!
The place is better than the pictures show. Great house, pool and garden. 2 families stayed plenty of space and lots of fun for all.

We spent 3 days at Harman’s place but wished we had stayed longer! The house is beautiful, spacious and private, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It was not in the listing but we were pleasantly surprised to find a brand new high chair, a pack-n-play and also kid-friendly dinnerware and utensils. Great to have when staying with small children. Another plus is that everything in the house is on one level. No stairs except for the ones from the deck to the pool area.
There is no AC in the house but plenty of portable fans to use as needed. It wasn’t particularly hot during our stay in July so the temperature wasn’t an issue for us.
The cleaning company was promptly there on both our (little early) arrival and our (a tad bit late) departure so rest assured the place will be clean for your stay!
I truly enjoyed my time, and Heila was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. My family and I are so grateful she opened her home to us, we were able to celebrate my sister-in-law’s yearly anniversary in a peaceful and welcoming space
Harman’s home in Bodega Bay is absolutely beautiful! It comfortably hosted eight of us for a girls’ weekend, with plenty of space and bathrooms to go around. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and we even met some friendly neighbors. The location is perfect, just a short drive to excellent restaurants and wineries, which was a huge plus. Harman was a fantastic host, communicating proactively and sharing tons of helpful tips and information throughout our stay.
Harman's home was great. Right on the water, extremely well equipped—both with essentials and with nice to haves, and communication with Harman was easy and enjoyable. We had a great stay and look forward to returning.

Great cabin in a woodsy setting. Neighborhood was quiet and ambience of redwoods was perfect. Home was nicely decorated and well furnished.
The best location we’ve ever experienced! Lots of wildlife to see. Pelicans, eagle, osprey, gulls, seals and more!
So very quiet. Harman is very responsive. Hot tub is nice! Everything you need in the house is available.

Great place for all ages. Had a wonderful family vacation there with kids and grandkids. Lots to do in the area and a responsive host. Exceeded our expectations.
We stayed there for my mom‘s 80th birthday with some older family members. Highlights included the oven door detaching and falling onto my aunts foot, multiple broken areas and after they asked for a $600.02 day pool heating fee the pool deck had cigarette butts and dirt in the water. People came onto the gated property without notification and it seemed that the manager/owner did not know who they were. At least they sent us a cheesecake (that we don’t eat) way too much trouble for a short stay. We managed to keep my mom sheltered from a lot of these troubles. They also promised us refunds that they did not follow through on. We are now going through Airbnb, which has been very helpful.
The property would be wonderful if maintained properly. It just seems like it’s been neglected.
