Seagate is a beautiful location! Even better than the pictures can do justice. The sea is just below you and lulls you to sleep listening to the waves on the rocks. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked and there are tons of indoor and outdoor seating and places to relax. Surf market in town is excellent and a farmers market on Saturday! We made our reservation one day in advance and the communication with Harmon was spot on. So glad we found this place last minute!

What a wonderful stay! Short getaway with multigenerational family weekend. Accomodated 5 adults 2 children without difficulty. Home was clean, comfy and provided all that is needed to cook meals with well stocked kitchen including array of appliances and even down to well stocked dish towels, which is annoying when hosts supply 1 or 2. Comfortable beds and bedding, with duvet coverings and extra linens. The added plus of getting to bring our two small dogs made the trip worry free without compromising a clean well maintained home…the house didn’t smell like many do when dogs are allowed. Also, there were extras like water bowls and towels for the dogs. The weather is always hit or miss with Coastal travel, but the home provided what we needed to make hanging out with family fun. A big table to play games, comfortable sitting area to watch movies and comfortable reading/conversational chairs with nice views of the ocean and bay in the distance. Harmon is friendly and quick to reply.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my mom and grandma’s birthdays. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even welcoming us with birthday balloons. The home was well stocked with every amenity you could need, including a great kitchen, comfortable beds, ocean views, hot tub, steam shower, fire pit, and e-bikes. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for guests of all ages. We’d happily stay again.

This stay was just what we needed to relax and recharge. It was very close to nearby restaurants and parks while still being serene and peaceful. We loved sitting out on the deck and near the peaceful koi pond to unwind. The host was very kind and responsive and the house was clean and cozy. One of the main highlights for us was how incredibly silent the place was. Highly recommend this place for a getaway at a reasonable price. Hoping to come again in the winter.

What a lovely little Sonoma County getaway. Right in the heart of wineries, and nature. This was a gem. We enjoyed the size of the rooms and comfy beds. The AC units kept the house cool. We forgot to read about laundry on site, so be sure to note that there is no washer or dryer, but other than that this house has everything you could need for a nice wine country stay.

Outstanding in every way! We look forward to returning! Harman is the best!

If you are looking to feel excluded from the nosy city vibe, this maybe be the place.

Beautiful property! Lovely hosts with a history of producing wine on the very place we stayed. Very close to Sebastapol, too.

harman was a really responsive host. Whenever we texted with a question, he responded right away. The home was clean, with great light, and quiet. A good home for families.

Harman was great to deal with, communicated clearly all the way through the trip and provided recommendations for us around the area. The property was exactly as described in the photos and a wonderful place to relax seaside. The views are better in person and worth every penny.

Gualala is a lovely little seaside town with a small town village feel but still within driving distance to all kinds of hikes and activities. Perfect place to relax for a few days away from the city.

The place was a lovely retreat from typical life. The wildlife around the house was gorgeous to watch and the house was well thought out and had everything you could need.

Harman was a great host, very communicative and prompt. He had lots of good suggestions. The home was perfect for our stay.

Beautiful home in a wonderful community with great views in the terrific oceanside village of Bodega Bag. Spacious and well appointed with plenty of room for a family. Kitchen is great for cooking and house has large dining table. Very clean with great towels and linens and all needed appliances. Management was so responsive and helpful. Highly, highly recommend.
