Private and comfortable place to stay in wine country. We were able to park and Uber to dinner and Russian River Brewing. Drove scenic 1 hour to Napa wineries. Kitchen had ample supplies to cook breakfast. Enjoyed hot tub use. Host was very responsive.

Harman’s place was exactly what we needed for our family trip. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each couple had their own space, which made the stay really comfortable. The living room and kitchen felt airy yet cozy, with different nooks overlooking the water and skylight windows that brought in beautiful natural light. We didn’t end up using the fireplace, but I can imagine it making the space even cozier during colder months.

The kitchen had everything we needed, including oils, salt and pepper, tools, and appliances. The location was also great, really close to the beach for walks, as well as nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend, especially for a group looking for a little getaway from the city.

The ocean view was absolutely fantastic, and the house was sparkling clean. The host was also incredibly nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The compound was exactly what we needed for a chill, peaceful and beautiful weekend. We loved every second of it. There are some really unique and interesting sceneries at the property. If you are looking for a place of chill weekend of bonding time with friends this is the place to book!

The Good
The property boasts a private, tree-lined location near downtown with a nice driveway. Harman is a responsive host, and we still managed to have fun. However, severe operational deficits compromised the stay.

The Bad
Misleading Photos: The listing photos are not an honest representation of the property's current condition.
Guest Readiness: There was no welcome guide, and zero extra sheets or pillows were accessible.
Design: The kitchen hood is installed too low, rendering the back burners unusable. Non-master beds felt smaller than queens.
Hygiene & Maintenance: One guest bathroom had yellow stains. The master tub was completely broken; lacking a standalone shower, we had to crowd into the remaining bathrooms.
The Dealbreaker: The pool was dirty and smelled like a swamp. Despite explicit prior requests, the hot tub was broken and dirty.

While Harman provided financial compensation, a refund doesn't recover the lost premium experience we specifically booked this property for.

Traveled with hubby, 3 kids and 3 aging parents. This place is huge and has great views! The area is very quiet and has gorgeous hills and wild life (deer and their fawn this time of year) which we enjoyed watching from their large windows. Kitchen is well stocked and I was able to cook for our large family. Hot tub was awesome! The home shows a bit of its age and could use a little care (outdoor furniture with moss growing on it) but we very much enjoyed our stay and we would return. Note that you have to refill propane for BBQ on your own (down the hill) which was inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Home is listed for sale but this didn't interfere in any way with our stay. Host is very responsive and proactive. Recommend for large groups. We would happily return!

10/10 . The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The highlight was definitely the view — waking up and enjoying the scenery every morning was unforgettable. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

My husband and I needed a break from our hectic lives in SF. We booked Harmon’s seagate house for a week with our dog Frank. Harman was communicative from the beginning. It was easy to book and plan our stay. The house has beautiful gardens in both the front and back yards. The house was clean and open and we had everything that we needed. The fireplace worked beautifully, the hot tub was clean and had an easy cover to remove and put back. The views from the house and in particular the front Adirondack chairs were so serene. The kitchen was well appointed and made meal prep easy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family!

This home is well located in Sebastopol and is very private with nice views and gardens.

We had a great stay at this lovely home in Sebastopol! Situated just a short drive from town, this house was tucked back in the hills and felt very private and quiet. We rented the place for a family get together and celebration and everyone had a great time!

What an amazing location! It was perfect to host our out of town guests, and gather with our local family and friends. The views are breathtaking, proximity to town was perfect - secluded but just minutes away. The house was clean and had great space for coming together. I was a little apprehensive about the separate living spaces, but it turned out to be ideal. We love this place!

A slice of heaven right down the road from the greatest vineyards. Stellar home with a fantastic view of the 14th hole. We were treated like royalty.

Had a really great stay here. The place was super clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, and both check in and check out were smooth and easy.

The host was friendly, attentive, responsive, and communicated very well throughout the stay, which made everything feel stress free. The location was also great, private and in a nice area, with good restaurants nearby and close to many of the things we wanted to do.

It is a little on the pricier side, but overall it was definitely a nice place to stay and met my expectations. I honestly just wish it was a bit more affordable so I could have stayed longer.

Cabaña Del Rio was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s tucked among beautiful trees, which made it peaceful and relaxing. Harman was very responsive and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. We had no issues at all and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
