The house was better than what we were expecting. It is very spacious and comfortable and the outdoor space was perfect. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Sonoma area!

Stunning home! So warm and filled with love. The views put you in a meditative trance, and the vibe of the house is just fab! Lots of fun games to play, and beautiful decor, with a touch of sacred items which resonated with me and my family. Love love love! Absolutely would recommend. Jason was so kind and fantastic to work with. I would deff come back!

Aaron we very responsive, connecting me great resources for the different things we were thinking of doing and available for questions during our stay. We ended up having a chef come in from Brass Spatula that Aaron recommended, she was fabulous. The property is beautiful with LOTS of outside space.

My sister got married in Sonoma and family flew in from all over the world for the wedding. This house was an ideal setting with plenty of room for social gatherings and outdoor places for our two boys to play. We even had three massage therapists in one of the living rooms!
As a family of foodies, the kitchen was very well equipped ... thankful for the coffee grinder for the Vivace beans my sister brought from Seattle. All in all, highly recommend this house for families or friends.

This is a lovely house with great amenities, and Aaron is a very good host. We had a few issues on check in but Aaron dealt with them very effectively and quickly. It is not as luxury as suggested in pictures but I would still recommend as a good place for families and friends visiting Sonoma.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Aaron!

What can I say? The beautiful photos did not do justice to this incredible property! In addition to feeling like we were on the set of designer photo shoot, the house and property exceeded our every expectation. P detail was overlooked. We were in awe of the beautiful views from every window, spent hours enjoying the pool & hot tub, and took daily advantage of the proximity to beautiful downtown Healdsburg. We cooked brunch in the gourmet kitchen, grilled lunch on the patio one day, but easily arranged Ubers for the quick 7 minute ride into town for dinner and drinks. A day long wine tour of the picturesque area was another highlight of our trip. Many thanks to Jason, the property manager, who was friendly & responsive from day one. Our group of 9 women is already talking about when we can come back!

Amazing house! The house was accurately described and was a beautiful place to spend the weekend. Aaron and the property managers were easy and great to work with - no issues what so ever.

Our stay with Aaron exceeded our expectations!

The house was spacious, clean and had all mod cons and to top it off it was extremely child friendly and came equipped with children's kitchenware, utensils, high chair, and even a playroom! Our kids loved every minute at Aaron's home.

The lawn was immaculately maintained and the welcome port in every room was very generous and much enjoyed.

The house manual including all the little info dotted around the house made everything seamless.

We highly recommend staying at 80 Adobe Way and hope that we can come back in the near future again.

This incredible home was the perfect place to stay for a wine weekend in Sonoma. Centrally located among vineyards, tasting rooms, and downtown Healdsburg, this exquisite property is like none other in the county. Every gorgeous detail is just as it is in the photographs. From the artwork and design to the comfortable beds and perfect pool, this house is a dream. It is out in the country just as described, so we saw quail and eagles, frogs and critters. You will want to sit by the perfectly clean pool all day, cook in the fully stocked kitchen for your meals, and sit out to watch the stars at night. We could not have had a better time at this beautiful home!!

THE perfect spot for a visit to the Healdsburg area for 3-4 couples or handful adults. Property is exquisitely decorated and maintained and has the touch of a professional decorator without being "overdone." Playing a game of bocce, lounging by the pool or grilling your own meal outside is great way to spend a day or two. Lots of beautiful vineyards within easy biking distance for those so inclined. Healdsburg with many excellent restaurants, is close and for those who'd like, within walk-able distance. We'd wish we could have stayed longer and would go back there for our next visit. We would recommend it even to the most discerning in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house and located in a perfect location!

Unfortunately, this is my first less than positive review on Airbnb. I'll share the pros and cons of my experience:

Pros: The home is beautiful and has great character. The grounds feel private and there is lots of outdoor space to enjoy during good weather. The location is convenient for wine tasting and downtown Sonoma.

Cons: As Aaron knows, my main issue was with the pool. This was a trip I planned for one of my close friends who is getting married. It was important to her and the other guests that we get a house with a pool to enjoy. This was the main reason we selected this house. A week before the trip, I reached out to Aaron to confirm that the pool would be open and available to use during the stay. Aaron confirmed that it would. When we got to the house the pool looked like swamp water and there were two dead lizards floating on the surface. Needless to say, we weren't able to use the pool. I reached out to the property management company multiple times during the stay to see if this was something that could be resolved before we left. I was told that the ph level in the pool was fine and that the pump would automatically run throughout the day to clean the pool. I had a pool at my house growing up and I'm very familiar with testing the ph level. The ph level of this pool most definitely was not appropriate for swimming. This was a major disappointment and many of the guests felt like they should not have to pay full price for this house since they were mostly interested in the pool. Had I not reached out to verify that the pool was in working order prior to my stay, I would not be as disappointed.

I wouldn't stay here again despite it being a very charming house. I feel like the situation wasn't handled very well. However, if you have no desire to use the pool and aren't concerned about whether or not the host is providing accurate information in their communications, go for it.

We had such an amazing time at Jeff's place! It is absolutely beautiful. Not only is it the perfect location, great for our bike ride down dry creek valley and for a trip to lake sonoma, but it slept everyone very comfortably, we had tons of space to lounge, the kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out as was the out door area, and all of the decor was absolutely lovely. We felt like we were living in luxury, and it made the weekend that much more enjoyable.

This house is better than described, but then again I don't believe there are enough pictures to do it justice. The grounds are impeccable and serene. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave! Thank you!

The house was very comfortable and the grounds of the estate are incredible. The decor is very eclectic and we enjoyed spending time in each of the rooms admiring their knick knacks (like the adorable giant teddy bear in the living room). There were a few minor issues we experienced, cell service is spotty or nonexistent, wifi password was wrong, we had to clean up the back deck for 30 minutes upon arrival as it had flowers and branch debris all over and the pool was unusable (dirty and filter not working), but overall we enjoyed our stay and Aaron worked to help fix issues and make our stay enjoyable.

Spacious, luxurious house in a very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended for family, friends, couple.

Aaron's house is a beautiful, convenient and comfortable "home base" for a weekend in Sonoma. The rooms are large and well-appointed, the kitchen is stocked, the grounds are beautiful, and there is plenty of space for groups or families staying under one roof.

The house was beautiful! Very spacious. The kitchen was amazing, well-stocked with cookware so we were able to make a beautiful dinner. The host was very responsive when we needed help. This home made our champagne and caviar dreams come true! We had a great time!
