Overall, the place is not too bad but it was also not Wowing. The place wasn't as well kept as we hoped it to be when we arrived and there were an understock of toiletries and other essentials. We hoped that the pictures really reflected the way the place was but its not really that way in person. The pool was definitely a disappointment as it was slightly green and had alot of dirt in it, despite the pool cover. We still manage to enjoy our time there indoors as it was spacious and decorated nicely.

Fantastic place in a great location! It is a very eclectic place that provides so much space to spread out from the spacious outdoors to the multiple dining and sitting areas. It is well equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a great stay.

Aaron is a great communicator and responded very quickly to my inquiries.

Although the house is aesthetically nice and very spacious, there were several problems that left us very disappointed and feeling it is by no means worth the significant price tag. Communication was clear and prompt before our stay but unfortunately non-existent during it. We reached out to try to gain clarity on some of the issues, and so they could be resolved for the latter part of our stay, and received no reply whatsoever:

The check in guide and house manual are very light on detail and very outdated - it’s unclear both how to use something and whether you are allowed to use something. As an example, instructions for igniting both the indoor fire places and outside fire pit were incomplete.

The wifi is very very weak, yet there is an extension box which was displaying on devices as having full signal, but for which the password was not provided.

Despite getting confirmation the week before that the air bed would be set up for our 9th/10th guests, the airbed provided wasn’t inflated (and no pump was provided) and no bedding was provided for it - only a top sheet. Since it was not possible for us to inflate it, these guests had to sleep on two uncomfortable sofas pushed together. Guests in a warmer room gave up their duvet.

Furthermore there are no curtains downstairs (or in many of the upstairs bedrooms), and no door to the room set up for guests 9-10, so neither comfort nor privacy for them.

Ultimately, while this is a visually impressive property, it has issues that detracted from our stay here. We’d definitely advise that it is not suitable for groups of more than 8 people.

Incredible home, very clean and well maintained, with a terrific kitchen if you stay in and cook any of your meals. There is outdoor seating in both the front and back of the house if you want to dine outside. The pool is nice but wasn't kept very clean during our short visit, so if you plan on using it I recommend giving the concierge advance notice so they can take steps to ensure it's clean ahead of time. Other than that hiccup, we had a terrific stay, and highly recommend Aaron's home!

8 of us rented this home for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic.

Upon arrival, the home was easy to find and access. Notes are placed around the home with helpful tips, locations of lights, or how some of tricky locks work. There was even some Port left in the bedrooms for the guests to enjoy, a nice touch :-)

There are 3 different gatherings areas inside the home, plus a large dining room. Outside has many amenities, however we were not able to use most of them due to the weather. I would love to come back again in the summer to take advantage of the pool and the rest of the outdoor area. The kitchen is beautiful, and has plenty of room to cook for your whole group.

We all had a great time in Aaron's home, and will look here first when coming back to the Sonoma area in the future.

Beautiful home on gorgeous grounds. Stayed here with family, and loved the large and private bedrooms, the house decor, and the location (an easy drive to downtown Sonoma and vineyards but also a nice location for walking in the countryside). Because the house and grounds are so large, we were able to have quiet time alone but also get together when we wanted to enjoy hanging out. The house made for a wonderful weekend getaway. We can't wait to go back.

Jeff’s home was the perfect family retreat for the holiday. We enjoyed the grill and kitchen cooking, and the home was in close proximity to town. A joy to wake up every morning and take in the panoramic views.

Great house, great host, great trip!

This is a special place! The home and the property were amazing. So private, the house is on the top of a hill, up a long driveway. Gorgeous views, many different gathering spaces both indoors and outdoors. The decor/art is gorgeous, yet we were comfortable and cozy too. Great place for a small family reunion (6 adults & a couple of kids). Loved the town of Healdsburg too!

I dare you to find a more perfect home to stay in when visiting Sonoma/Healdsburg. This estate is gorgeous and has everything you could need to make your stay unforgettable (and then some).

Location: Super close/convenient to downtown Healsburg and all the shopping/dining you need. Far enough away from the main roads to enjoy privacy and nothing but the sounds of birds and wind through the trees. Also, the views of the surrounding hills and valleys are perfect.

Estate: There are three buildings, each so well appointed - you can tell an interior designer was involved (turns out he owns the home). The main house/guest house/pool house very comfortably slept our group of nine adults - and we liked that there were separate buildings as it felt more spread out and spacious. Several in our group wanted to make sure we spent time in each room (dining room, living room, music area, outdoor lounge, etc) because they are all so inviting.

Extras: There are so many cool things about this property - hammocks, bocce court, pool/hot tub, music instruments (piano, drums, guitars, etc), children's play area, outdoor dining and lounge area - I could go on for days. It was hard to leave and explore wine country because we enjoyed the house so much.

Hosts: The owner and the property management team were all very communicative and helpful. We met with the manager upon check-in and he gave us a tour of the property. When we had questions throughput our stay, it was super easy to communicate with them and they were very responsive.

A beautiful large but comfortable house with lovely grounds. Easy access to Sonoma and wine country.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location, 5 min from downtown Healdsburg but remote enough to feel like a getaway. Jason's communication was great throughout. 10 of us stayed there Labor Day weekend for a wedding. The only callout is that the twin bedroom is attached to the master bedroom via a shared bathroom ... with no door. This was probably designed for parents and kids, but it'd be nice to have a sliding door to create privacy.

This was one of the best trips that my friends and I have ever had! We were a bachelorette party of 11 and this property provided the most beautiful and exquisite views of the Russian River Valley. The property was so spacious for all of us and the decor was wonderful. The pool & hot tub were the perfect end of day relaxation after our winery tours. The check in and out process was very simple and Sharon was so kind when she gave us the walk through when we arrived. We are very grateful to Jeff for sharing this property with us to create some of our best memories! I highly recommend this picturesque property to anyone looking to vacation near Sonoma or in Healdsburg! Thank you again, we hope to be back soon!

Awesome experience, and the property is ideally organized to accommodate a larger party (which we were). After searching through countless 'wine country' AirBnB properties to accommodate a group of friends gathering from across the country to celebrate an upcoming marriage, Jeff's property appeared to offer everything we desired - ample bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful furnishings, a pool, a location convenient to wine tasting and also easy enough to get into town, chef's kitchen for cooking and eating in. And it delivered in every respect, with appreciated bonuses including perfect outdoor living space, fabulous views from every location, and a surprise music room. This is an amazing property, and it was a perfect choice for us!
