Elizabeth and Gayle’s place is absolutely amazing with a huge deck where you can soak in the beautiful Sonoma county weather. Their home is in a tranquil location with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards nearby. The property provides privacy and is well organized with all the amenities and comfort you can expect from a premium AirBNB host. The place is centrally situated from many popular wineries and recreational areas. We had a fabulous stay at their home and can’t wait to visit again in future.

The perfect family vacation property! It was immaculate with everything you need. Close to a cute market and several amazing wineries. Elizabeth and Gayle were great hosts!!!

We had a nice time at Jeff’s. The highlight was the outdoor area, which is expansive and private, with lots of seating areas. We spent most of our days by the (heated) pool. And having a pickleball court was a surprising delight! The house is nicely decorated, though some of the furniture/decor has changed since the pictures were taken. The house is not as light filled as the pictures show- more moody/romantic vibes. The kitchen is stocked and great for gathering. The barn was a bit musty at first but we were able to air it out. It could be a nice option for a couple, but note that it felt far from the property (which is mentioned) and doesn’t have AC. The pool house was more lounge than bedroom and it was awesome to have a bathroom by the pool. Loren, the house manager, was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond whenever I had questions. Great location too- Downtown Healdsburg is less than 10 min away.

Hummingbird Ranch was so beautiful and relaxing. The views were stunning, and we enjoyed the relaxing tranquility of the Koi Pond. It was one of the best AirBNBs we have ever stayed in. Elizabeth left many thoughtful recommendations for local businesses and things to do. We loved the town, local wine, and coffee. Very close to biking and hiking trails and numerous wineries. Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking anything. Elizabeth and Gayle were always available if we needed anything, and we felt very welcome. We loved every aspect of this beautiful, cozy home.

We had an amazing time. Beautiful home that's full of character. It's a large space with plenty of options to have fun and relax. Each section of the house offered a unique experience. This house helped make our trip to Napa unforgettable. Thanks!

The home was perfect for our family trip of 7. Pictures don't do it justice. The shower in the master bath was heaven. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved staying here! The views were beautiful and the koi pond was so fun! The house is gorgeous and we were so comfortable staying here with our newborn on our first trip as a family!

Such a cute little setup, and the house is tucked away back from the street. Such a homey vibe, we had such a comfortable stay!!

Our stay at the beach house was lovely! It was just the right size for our group of 9! We loved cooking in the nice sized kitchen, which provided all the accessories that we needed. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend this location.

Easily one of our top Airbnb stays ever. There was so much thought that was put into making this place comfortable for guests - it really hit all of our marks:

- Beautiful home and view that matched the beauty of the pictures
- Very well-stocked kitchen - really appreciated that they listed which kitchen amenities (spices, oil) that were on hand
- A chef's garden with amazing produce - my partner made rhubarb jam and we had delicious tomatoes
- Outdoor patio area was spacious and had great seating, which made for great wine + cheese happy hour
- Comfortable bedding
- Great location - a great jumping off point to go north to Dry Creek wineries (20 min), Guerneville (10 min), Wildflour Bakery (<20 min), Occidental (15 min) - not to mention the coast and other cute towns. Forestville also has some great spots, including Sonoma Pizza Co and Nightingale Breads - Very communicate hosts, who shared great details for the area We would return - and hopefully will - in a heartbeat

Great place to stay for a girls weekend. The space is well kept and has great added features with step-by-step instructions on how to use things like the steam shower and projector for watching movies. Host was always responsive. Sometimes a little delayed but not the end of the world. We had some trouble with getting the locks to the back doors to work, but the host dropped by to fix them. He was going to send someone, but that made me feel uncomfortable for reasons I explained to the host. He was very understanding and came himself instead. Just be sure to check all locks when you arrive so you don’t run into the issue when everyone’s ready to go to bed like I did. Other than that, the trip and stay was perfect. Amenities were amazing, little details like the kind of shampoo and conditioner provided were nice quality, plenty of clean towels, cooking spices and every cooking tool needed, huge fridge and freezer, etc. Highly recommend!

Wow…this home was immaculate, spacious and beautifully appointed. The views were breathtaking and serene. Whether you’re inside or on the deck, the hummingbirds were delightful to watch. The home is close to many things and yet you have privacy galore. We instantly felt comfortable and felt like we were at ‘home’. The host did an incredible job with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We would return to this location again for sure. Look no further for a home to stay in because this one is top shelf.

It's a nice, cozy, clean older home. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils, cookware, and appliances. The public areas were nicely laid out and well decorated. It was well equipped for our group of 6 adults. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were decently sized. Because it's an older home, the access to upstairs is steep and narrow, and both bathrooms are "compact". In-room airconditioners (living room and main upstairs bedroom only) are enough to keep the rooms comfortable on hot days. One upstairs bedroom is not well cooled by that solution, but the cool evening temperatures and small fan were enough to make nighttime sleep quite comfortable.The location was very convenient to the coast and wine country, and the hosts were very easy to work with. It's definitely a nice stay.

Kevin and Serika are great host. The house is an older house but was very comfortable. We were family of 3 visiting from Bay Area and know the area well and the locations is central for lot of things that you can drive to in 15+ min timeframe. Downtown is around 15min, Healdsburg is around 20min, coast is about 30min, parts of Napa is around 45-50min.

One of the most 'sorted' Airbnbs we've stayed in, everything was where you would expect it to be in your own house. Great open rooms with natural light and excellent views from the deck.

This was the nicest AirBNB I ever rented. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for two families with kids. So much for the kids to do, from the game room in the garage to the Zipline out back, with the pool and the movie room in-between; the kids never wanted to leave! There were creature comforts for the adults as well with comfy beds (at least in the master suite), high-tech showers and Toto washlets. As others have said, there were multiple places, inside and outside, to sit and eat or just relax. Aaron checked in regularly to make sure we had what we needed. Overall a great, memorable stay!

This is definitely one of our favorite Airbnb experiences: epic views, beautiful home, bountiful amenities, attention to detail, vast array of books, hummingbirds and koi pond, well stocked kitchen - all contributed to a fantastic stay in Sonoma county. The hosts were very responsive, the beds were comfortable, and the charming towns of Forrestville, Guerneville, Healdsburg, and Bodega Bay were all easily accessible. We can’t wait to come back!
