Perfect base for our short stay to explore Santa Rosa and surrounding wine country! The place was cozy, the beds comfy and very conveniently located to several vineyards and restaurants. Pro tip: make tasting reservations in advance for most wineries! Hope to stay here for our next wine journey!

Fantastic views and location near terrific beach. Spacious and mostly clean. Hot tub was very, very nice and clean and hot with nice views and copious amount of towels. Kitchen well appointed.

“Amazing View and Coastal Home”

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The beach-themed décor was absolutely stunning and thoughtfully done, creating a relaxing coastal atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Every room was decorated
so well, making the home feel welcoming!

The location was perfect—right on the coast with breathtaking views and easy access to the private beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the ocean view made our trip even more special.

The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. We truly felt at home. Our dogs Penny and Maple were also felt like home. It is very pet friendly! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable coastal getaway!

Beautiful home that felt lived in verses a sterile Airbnb. Quality choices in furnishings and well stocked making you want to spend more time in the home. Favorite time of day was breakfast on the back deck. Bodega Bay is a relaxing and beautiful area with such easy access to wine country and hiking. The host is also great reaching out a few times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend if you are in this area.

Most splendid views, secluded private space and extremely relaxing

Loved this treehouse feel, nestled among the redwoods. It was just what we needed for a little forest-bathing and river-swimming with the conveniences of town close at hand. A truly fantastic place. Harman was a very responsive host and answered a few questions I had quickly and thoughtfully. I'd love to stay here again with my family. A gem in Guerneville.

Harman was absolutely fantastic. Easily the best host I've ever had on Airbnb. Super friendly and responsive. And the property and location were terrific. We had an incredible time. I'd highly recommend Harman and any place he manages!

We ABSOLUTELY loved this special house! The views are gorgeous! We sat and enjoyed the sunsets each evening! Walking down to get dinner at the Black Door was great fun! The house is extremely comfortable and cozy. We loved everything about this vacation! My parents are 84 and 94 and found it easy to navigate inside the house. Gorgeous! We will be back soon! ☘️

We had a wonderful stay at Blooming Acres! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The peaceful orchard made it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings, while the location was convenient for exploring Sonoma and the surrounding area.

Harman was an excellent host. Before our arrival, he answered all of our questions promptly, was happy to help in every way possible, and even recommended several great places to explore nearby, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful Wine Country getaway.

We had beautiful weather Spot was a peaceful place in the redwoods and a cute neighborhood. Close to Main Street and easy access to our activities. Very comfortable home. Be aware, during the summer, it can get stuffy at night even with fans and a few open windows. As far as sleeping five - we had five adults and the pullout chaise lounge in second bedroom did not accommodate our fifth adult. He slept on couch but it was very comfy. We loved the communication of our host and his recommendations of restaurants. Wish we could have taken advantage of the hot tub, which was lovely. Just never had the time. Outdoor area was spacious as well. Very private and peaceful.

Harman’s place is beautifully located. The house is very bright and spacious and the views are amazing.

This was a great spot for dogs and young children. Minimal stairs and a great area to let dogs out and not have any worries! We will definitely be back when we do another trip to bodega bay! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Harman’s place! My wife and I stayed here for the weekend with our parents, and all six of us had an amazing experience.

The home is brand new, spotless, and exactly as pictured. Everything was clean, well-organized, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the property that made us feel right at home. The seating areas were comfortable, the views were beautiful, and there were plenty of fun activities nearby to enjoy.

One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending time together in the spacious kitchen, cooking meals as a family. It was truly a joy and made the weekend even more memorable.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend Harman’s property to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing getaway. We’d absolutely love to stay here again!

Myself, my partner, and our friends had a wonderful weekend at this property. The ranch is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, and we spent evenings out on the deck sipping wine, watching the hummingbirds, and looking out over the neighboring vineyards. The master is on the opposite end of the house from the other two bedrooms, which made it feel very private. Easy access to great restaurants nearby, a well-equipped kitchen, and so so many vineyards within 30m driving (some just 5m away). Not walkable, so we had a DD. We didn't spend much time downstairs, but did enjoy the koi pond. Harman is an excellent and communicative manager. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our family had a wonderful day at Harmon’s place. We took our parents there for Father’s Day along with our two dogs. The house and location was stunning. We really enjoyed having a private beach to sit on and watch the waves. We also had fun watching the birds in the area. We saw an osprey and many hawks and vultures. The house has a unique layout, which worked well for us. Our parents stayed on the main floor with the living room, kitchen and master bedroom, and my husband and I stayed downstairs and had our own private suite with a private entrance. We would definitely stay here again. I would love to bring a larger group here.

Beautiful area, can’t beat the location. House is also beautiful, though a bit dated in some of the finishings. I’d be happy to stay here again. Super nice host.
