We charge $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum retainer ($300). For groups of eight or more, the rate is $170 per hour with a $340 retainer. The retainer is collected at the time of engagement. We bill in 30-minute increments. The remaining balance — minus your deposit — is due when we deliver your final itinerary, or after your visit if additional time was required.
The earlier, the better. Wine Country fills up quickly — even during quieter months, top tastings, private chefs, and massage therapists book up fast. To secure the best experiences, plan ahead.
Typically, the only fee on your invoice is for our planning time. Contracts with other vendors are arranged directly between you and each provider, with Vinifera Homes acting as facilitator.
We understand plans change. If you cancel, you’ll receive a refund for the balance of your deposit, minus any hours already worked. If our time exceeds the initial retainer, you’ll be invoiced for the overage. Vendor cancellation policies vary and are handled case by case — any third-party fees will be billed directly to you.
