Beautiful house and property. Location is ideal for wine tasting in Santa Rosa/Russian River Valley as many wineries are within a short drive. Overall, this was a great place to stay. One thing I will mention is the AC situation - the house has 2 window AC units (one upstairs in a bedroom, the second in the living room on the first floor). Running the first floor AC unit in the living room did a good job of cooling the first floor bedroom. I imagine the second upstairs bedroom without the AC unit might get quite warm (the weekend we were there it was 90-100 degrees F). We only needed to use one of the upstairs bedrooms and the first floor bedroom and we were comfortable.

Great place with excellent views. Dillon beach is a great beach. The entire family really enjoyed our vacation

Great hosts

Beautiful home, and decorated so cute. Lots of room for everyone to have fun and space to get some private time if needed.
Wonderful pool, and nice kitchen, beds are very comfortable and master bedroom is amazing.

We had a lovely visit! We used the spacious kitchen to make all our meals and enjoyed them by poolside or out on the deck with the fire pit. The grounds are gorgeous and the decor of the house was fun to explore. Aaron was very helpful. Everything was clean, the instruction manual for guests was thorough, and the house has all the amenities of home. We had such a wonderful time and highly recommend.

Great place!

Great location! Great house! Great yard! We were a family of 6 and this house was definitely big enough for all of us -- inside and outside! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Santa Rosa or the vicinity. We bicycled every day either straight from the house or drove a short distance -- So much beautiful cycling in the vicinity. Kevin & Serika were really great hosts!

Everything was great! The house had everything we needed and the grounds were beautiful! Super comfortable beds with lots of space and the en-suite bathrooms in every room was so nice. Bre and Morgan were also very accessible if we had any questions. Would recommend to anyone!

Gorgeous views. Loved grilling on the deck and hanging out in the hot tub! Lots of space and rooms with plenty of privacy. Great house and we always love Dillon Beach.

This place is better in person. The pictures do not do it justice, Beautiful spot, quiet, private, and Extremely clean. My husband and I went with my parents and stayed there for my daughters graduation from SSU. It worked out wonderfully and it was a great place to relax once the weekend calmed down. Kevin & Serika were good hosts and responded quickly. I would definitely come back and stay.

Aaron is a great host-- he's responsive, communicative, and very nice. His home is wonderful, it's not one of those houses that are set up to be an Airbnb house; it feels like a real home, is well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. The house has a lot of style, the bathrooms have Toto toilets, the linens are nice (not cheap), there was plenty of toilet paper, etc. It's the little things but they really matter! We had a really nice stay and would highly recommend!

Amazing location! Surrounded by vineyards, we’ll maintained property and a great pool. I couldn’t be happier with the trip.

Wonderful private place away from town but close enough. Six in our group, we were in Santa Rosa to do an organized bike ride. Very relaxing and all common areas have comfortable, spacious feel - the living room, the dining room, and the outdoor dining area. We strongly recommend this house if you have a group of our size.

Aaron's home was amazing for our multi-generational family to host my in-law's 50th wedding anniversary. It was spacious and extremely kid friendly. We all got great use out of the pool, the games and toys in the library and the little ones were enamored with the playhouse for hours on end. We all had our own rooms/bathrooms and utilized the multiple dining areas for various mealtimes. Aaron had multiple baby items available as well (highchair, nuna pack and play, baby monitor, kids utensils, etc.)- it was so helpful. We had a minor issue with the projector not working but Aaron was very responsive and personally came over to help troubleshoot. We'll definitely look to book his home again for any future special occasions.

Perfect weekend getaway home for a small family celebration. Kids and adults were in heaven at this home. So much space to explore, cook and relax. No one wanted to leave !
