Lovely place!

The house was perfect for our group of 7 adults. Tons of space inside and outside gave us seemingly endless options for hanging out together. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed. The front and back outdoor areas were awesome, large and private.

Alex’s home was a dream. Situated on a hill top with a breath taking ocean view, this house was 3 floors of the ultimate weekend get away. We had 9 people and comfortable could have had 5 more. We used the full kitchen including grill, hot tub, tv. Walked down to the general store and beach. Lots of parking for 5 cars. Safe, quiet, gorgeous. Definitely would come again!

We had a great stay at Kevin and Serika's lovely property! The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and a toddler. It was clean and comfortably furnished, communication was great and location was good. The grounds are lovely with tall trees, fruit trees, birdsong and lots of greenery and we hope to return someday to enjoy more of that!

Everything was spot on and the hosts are wonderful. Hospitality was unmatched from check in to check out. We will be back for sure!

This home is absolutely amazing and just gives the vibe of "Napa/Sonoma" living. We had a group of 10 and it fit us perfectly. The outdoor living space is the highlight as we spent every evening outside on the deck by the fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet any cooking needs as well. Aaron is extremely easy to get in contact with if you have any questions and responds in a timely manner. The house was in immaculate condition upon arrival and I highly recommend!!

We booked a two-night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday, joined by some immediate family members. The space was clean, very comfortable for six adults, and the house was nicely decorated. We loved being set back from the road, which added some privacy, while still being centrally located to several wineries. The Santa Rosa Creek Trail is nearby and we enjoyed a walk even on a very rainy day. Check-in was easy, communication was good, we would absolutely stay again. Only thing I would note is that reaching the second bathroom requires passing through one of the bedrooms. Wasn't a problem for us, but mentioning in case that's a challenge for anyone traveling with a larger group.

This is a wonder house, with a full kitchen, and great dinning areas inside and out.

Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels and amenities.

Very clean and lots of nice decorations and details.

It's about four miles out from the centre of Santa Rose, in the country so you'll need a car. But nice and quiet.

Will be back to stay for sure.

Alex was a great host from the very beginning! We loved the property, especially the views! They 100% match the pictures, and then some.

Downside is that there’s not a lot of great signal in Dillon in general. Highly suggest downloading the offline map of Dillon & its surrounding cities before your trip. There were multiple times where we lost all signal.

The rules / check-out list was very intimidating, but as long as you complete it all, it should be good.

Overall loved our stay in Dillon. Would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful time at the vineyards. Host was responsive and super helpful. We also did a wine tasting on the property which was lovely. Loved that it's a family run business. The property is beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic home and vacation location with easy access to both Sonoma and Napa. Pictures of the property are very accurate and the place is incredibly spacious. Amenities were fantastic as well. The pool and game room were definitely highlights. Aaron was great to work with and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

It was a great stay for my guys that are working nearby. Really enjoyed there time there and said the house was very clean and had everything they needed. They really enjoyed there stay.

We liked the place a lot. The place is over looking Dillon beach. We went their for the scenic beauty. And the place has lots of that to offer. House is very nice and clean and well maintained. Lots of space for people to live there comfortably. Everything about the house was great. However what we didn’t like was the accessibility of the place. It located in a highly remote area with no access to restaurants and grocery. Nearest grocery was 30 mins drive and so was the restaurant. Even DoorDash doesn’t deliver anything. So our fun was interrupted by constant driving for more than and hour everyday to fetch food.

Beautiful property and great location close to vineyards and downtown Sonoma. The pool and outdoor entertaining areas were wonderful and where we spent most of our time when we were at the house. We had a bit of trouble with the front door lock sticking, but were able to get around that. The upstairs hall bath did not have a door knob or latch so privacy was of concern but I suspect that was due to recent renovations the owner mentioned. Overall, a very well equipped home with plenty of space and options for large groups.

This was the perfect get-a-way for myself and three girlfriends. The home is very comfortable with everything you need right at hand. We could enjoy our morning coffee on the huge living room couch and then breakfast outside.

And what woman doesn't enjoy a warm soak in a deep bathtub with jets? I highly recommend this charming home.

The views are wonderful. It’s so great to wake up and have a cup of coffee while watching the ocean. The place was clean and spacious. We went to Dillon Beach which is a 5 minute drive. Alex quickly responded to any questions we had. Great location!

Check in was easy. However I did not download the check in codes before arriving and I did get cell service in the area (att). I recommend having it printed out as it may be difficult to pull off your phone if you don’t get service.

The view is everything! Lovely stay and very communicative host. We’ll be back!
