Beautiful views and very clean and quiet space. Elizabeth was very communicative and we enjoyed our stay greatly.

This was such a wonderful stay. The view and grounds are stunning, and the location is perfect - just down the hill from both vineyards and redwoods! Easy drive to just about everything. The house is perfectly equipped, and my partner and I worked remotely there for several days with ease. The sunsets from the deck were lovely, beds comfortable, and the bathrooms sparkling clean. Will be returning as soon as I can. Thanks to Elizabeth for such a great stay!

Great stay. Beautiful home with plenty of room. Aaron was responsive and really helpful. Just wish the weather had allowed us to be outdoors- the backyard looks amazing!

This was our best Airbnb stay! Everything was as described in the listing. The house was in pristine condition. The views were stunning. The amenities were plentiful. I love to cook, and this place had one of the best stocked kitchen! We stayed indoors 3 out of the 4 days we had planned to spend in this area, but we loved every moment of it, as we weathered the CA winter storms. And the books - oh boy, the collection of books was unbelievable.

Elizabeth and Gayle were very responsive and easy to communicate with from the time of booking till checkout. We had concerns over weather and flooding in & around the Forestville area, but Gayle & Elizabeth went out of their way to provide updates about the local weather & announcements, and made us feel safe about traveling.

Will rate it 6 or 7 stars if it would allow! Thanks, Elizabeth & Gayle. We'll come back to stay here again!

Elizabeth is an excellent host. She took great care of us and was always responsive. She went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and has an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. The views are amazing. We spent 5 happy weeks here. Overall, this place is a gem. I agree with all the enthusiastic reviews. If I could I would give this listing 6 stars without hesitation.

Alex's home was amazing! The views were stunning from many rooms. Everyone at the retreat said this was the best AirB&B ever. The 3 king size beds were super comfy. The 4th bedrooms' beds were more appropriate for kids/teens. Thank you!

This was a beautiful house, with a gorgeous view. The photos on Airbnb actually did not do the home justice. Greatly out with separated spaces for multiple couples or small families.
Alex was very responsive and accommodating when we had a few questions prior to check in. Check-in process was seamless as well. Would recommend for other travelers.

This house was delightful for my group of friends. The views were AMAZING!!!! The home was very comfortable. There are a few minor maintenance issues, but the home owner is working on fixing them. None of these issues got in the way of our enjoyment of the house. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the chairs right by the windows with the view, and the large and well stocked kitchen.

Please note that there are many stairs. One can not go anywhere in this house without going up and down at least a few stairs. They are all quite visible in the photos, nothing that we were not expecting, but if you have anyone with you who struggles with stairs, you should know that they are unavoidable in this home.

Perfect place to stay with friends for a long weekend

What a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully appointed and the beds were very comfortable. There was lots of space to comfortably hang out with our family. We spent Thanksgiving here and the kitchen had everything we needed to create a full meal with many side dishes. Every morning we woke to breathtaking views, and even though it was a bit chilly on the November evenings, we were able to enjoy the amazing deck with the space heater that was provided. We saw so many hummingbirds and our son enjoyed watching the koi. Elizabeth was a a great communicator and gave us recommendations for wineries in the area and went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing experience. We would absolutely return. Five stars across the board for a wonderful family holiday!

Lovely place. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful as it is located just on the outskirts of town but a short distance from restaurants and shops. Woke up to birds singing in the morning. It was "base camp" for our Sonoma wine tasking trip and it was perfectly located. More than enough easy parking. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and common areas. Decorated with care and thought. The water pressure for showers was great. On a cold and rainy day Kevin & Serika left fire starter logs outside our door which was so thoughtful. We would highly recommend Kevin & Serika's place!

The Kanzler home was spectacular. The setting is absolutely beautiful and all you see is the vineyard. We walked around the vineyard every morning and it was so peaceful and the fall colors were spectacular. The house is very comfortable and it’s large but also cozy. We should have booked it for longer because we did not want to leave. But we will be back for sure.
We also loved the wine tasting so much. The wine is really terrific.

This is my favorite AirBnb I've EVER stayed at! Wow, wow, wow. I just can't say enough good things about this beautiful property. If you want a relaxing getaway, with breathtaking views in the heart of wine country (yet far from the hustle and bustle), I highly recommend staying here.

Town is just a few minutes away with a delicious organic coffee shop, fantastic bakery (definitely get their seeded sourdough and cheesecake!), pizza place (I can confidently say some of the best pizza I've ever had) and an Italian restaurant with homemade pasta.

I loved grabbing some bottles from a winery down the street and hanging out on the patio to watch the sunset. It's really fun to feed the koi fish as well! They have such personality. They have thought of everything at this house - comfy beds, fluffy towels, basic toiletries, plenty of seating inside and out, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen (and more!). It was really lovely walking around the property as well, and for a longer walk there are plenty of easy trails just minutes away.

I could go on and on but I'll leave it at that. I will DEFINITELY be back!

Alex’s home in Dillon Beach is beautiful and has amazing views from every room. We were an extended family of seven visiting for a brother’s wedding. We all enjoyed being there so much. There was a bedroom and bath for each family. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed to prepare meals and to enjoy being together! I would love to stay there again!

I wish I could give Hummingway Ranch 10 stars! Honestly, this is probably one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I came for a girls weekend and was blown away by the beauty of the setting (hello vineyard/mountain views) and the house itself.

The beds are super comfy, the touches all over the house are amazing (there’s a library for book browsing, a koi pond, and every amenity you’d ever want), and the way the place is decorated is incredible.

Super private, but still really close to restaurants, hiking trails and wineries. Hosts - Elizabeth is amazing - were super communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Had a great trip to Sonoma to celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary - the house was great with plenty of room and cool things to enjoy. Aaron was so great assisting with any trouble-shooting we needed done.

We stayed for a week at Kevin & Serika's place with my parents, wife and 1 year old. It was great place to stay - clean, comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed being able to cook meals in the kitchen and it worked great for my wife to be able to remotely work in the mornings. In the afternoons, it was centrally located to visit wineries. We'd absolutely stay again!
