As someone else recently said, the pictures don't do this place justice! We were here for my birthday weekend and this place was PERFECT for not only my husband, daughter and me, but my mom and dad too! And there was room for more if anyone needs it. The entire house, top to bottom, is just absolutely beautiful. Plus, this location is quiet yet decently close to the town. It the perfect place!

Kevin and Serika were great hosts as they were responsive and checked in with us during our stay. The house was spacious for our group - 6 adults and 3 toddlers. It was in a great location as it was 10-15 mins away from Santa Rosa downtown and Sebastopol. The kids loved the huge outdoor space.

Such an amazing house! There are so many places to gather and lots of built in activities. The pool and yard are beautiful and well maintained. The house is also very close to wineries and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We had an all around great stay and couldn’t have been happier!

5 stars all around for Aaron and his place. I can go on, but here are the two things that stood out, above everything else:

- great communication: he was was responsive throughout and would respond within minutes. I had a small issue with the pool cover and he personally came to fix it
- amazing home: from the well-stocked chef’s kitchen to the cozy library, everything was more homey and inviting than the photos. The heated pool was also amazing!

Would come back here next time we are in Napa/Sonoma!

Loved staying at Alex’s beautiful place. It was remote, quiet, clean, and had gorgeous views. Everything was as expected. Alex was responsive when I called him, and answered my questions timely. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing beautiful weekend in Dillon Beach.

Compared to the pictures, the property was even more gorgeous in person! The location was close to many shopping centers for any purchases that we needed to make and there was a lovely Farmers Market on Saturday morning which we greatly enjoyed. In addition, my friends and I had a lot of fun spending our days on the field next to the house! I would definitely recommend Kevin & Serika's property to my family and friends.

This house was AMAZING! Everything was so beautiful! Beds were comfy, clean, spacious rooms, lots of natural lighting, and beautiful grounds! Would love to come back! Was perfect for the weekend to get away, relax, and it was the absolute best!

Aaron's place is in a great location for Napa, Sonoma, Santa Rosa, etc....The house is large enough for a family to spread out and have a great time. Summertime activities here would be so much fun. There are plenty of games and fun things to do for kids as well. I would certainly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place with space.

absolutely loved our stay. The property was amazing and the host was very sweet and helpful. everything we needed was provided other than a washer and dryer but there was a laundry mat right up the road which was super convenient. we will definitely be coming again.

Absolutely wonderfull house. The yard and pool are resort like and was a wonderfull place to spend the day in the sun. Aaron was also extremely helpful and responsive during our trip. Stay here for your wine country getaway!

Alex’s house is even better in person! A great house with a group of people as each person gets their own bathroom and the common spaces are spacious. Super easy to locate and close to town! Highly recommend!
