The house and grounds were really amazing for our family reunion (group of 5 adults and 2 kids). The house had practically everything for both kids (toys, games, zipline, pool, outdoor chess, the list goes on and on) and adults (fully stocked kitchen, plenty of wine glasses, outdoor chaises, etc). Very thoughtfully and elegantly furnished throughout. Best of all, our host Aaron was super responsive and communicative to our needs. We'd come back again for sure.

An amazing stay with tons to do. We took a trip to Sonoma and really didn’t need to leave the house

Game room, pool, zip line, large patio deck/terrace, multiple fire pits and fireplaces, huge ample space inside, well-stocked kitchen, and delightfully appointed bedrooms with some really cool technologically advanced features as well throughout the home. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Nicely furnished house in plantation-like setting, with easy access to the Russian River Valley. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay.

The view from the house is as spectacular as the pictures suggest! The house is very comfortable and the large great room with kitchen, dining room and living room create a nice place for a group to hangout, cook, eat and relax. Plus, the three level arrangement allows privacy and separation when needed. It was easy for one member of our party to work while the others socialized. The wind can be fierce off the ocean so having the protected hot tub was great. Alex responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. The walk down to the beach is beautiful but you might want a lift back up!

Alex was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our mini getaway at his beautiful and spacious house with amazing views! The hot tub was a bonus! We can’t wait to come back.

This was an incredible stay. Amazing views from very room! Views from the hot tub are icing on the cake. This is the best views we have had in any Airbnb we have stayed in. Better than the pics. Also, the house is large and well appointed.

Nearby Dillon beach is great to spend time on or drive up the coast a bit for many excellent trails in the Sonoma coast state park.

Beautiful house! It was a little confusing to find the place since gps took us to the wrong driveway but ignore the gps and look for the sign for the right address!
Overall the house was very nice, there was an issue where one of the beds did not look cleaned, but we found spare blankets and sheets to remedy the situation. Overall a solid experience :)

This home is amazing and beyond our expectations. It has everything you need in supplies and when I needed help, Aaron always responded immediately. Our family of ten had an absolute blast enjoying the yard, chess, pool, and deck with fire table. This host has thought of everything to make your stay a joy and we hope to return annually.

Great space with amazing view from most rooms in the house. There's plenty of space to spread out but also to hangout together. Highly recommended.

We very much enjoyed the views and location of the home. It was comfortable and had a good kitchen setup. Unfortunately, we had a very negative interaction with the property manager on the first night which soured our experience. Shortly after we arrived, she showed up unannounced and falsely accused us of hosting a party. Her basis for this accusation was that there were four cars in the driveway. (Our group consisted of four couples who had driven separately.) After entering the home without our permission, she saw cocktail-making supplies on a table, and became even more upset and threatened to kick us out. (We brought our own food and beverages to avoid needing to go into town during the pandemic.) After we spent several minutes explaining the situation, she eventually realized she was mistaken. However, her hostile attitude and false accusations were upsetting and startling, and left us feeling unsettled for the rest of our stay.

Such a beautiful place with expansive space and ethereal views. Alex was extremely responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend

Lovely and comfortable house in a great location near Sebastopol - close to town but in the middle of an actual vineyard. Very responsive and helpful hosts - no issues at all with the house or anything in it - just a very chill and relaxing stay. Thank you Kanzlers!

What a wonderful property for our family staycation! The activities didn’t stop - From the hidden playhouse, pool, zip line, and chess in the backyard to the awesome library with grand piano and movie screen (popcorn cart to boot) and the arcade games as well we really never had to leave. High end bathroom appliances and a sauna in the garage meant adults could relax where needed. Aaron took extra time to walk me through a breaker reset but at the same time had great family friendly suggestions for restaurants. Quite a fun stay!

Alex’s house is truly a hidden gem ! It was perfect for a mini weekend getaway with friends . The view from this house is spectacular and the inside space is artistic, modern, cozy and comfortable. We had an amazing stay at this house . The pictures and description is as stated in the listing. Highly recommend this house and host!

This is an amazing house, newly decorated with an eclectic and stylish touch. We brought our 9 year old daughter and her friend and they had a great time at the pool, on the zip line, and watching movies on the massive screen in the library. This house is amazing and the property is a peaceful and serene place. Aaron was incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything too. Highly recommend.

This property is a dream. There's so much stuff to do that you have so many reasons to just stay in the house instead of leave. From the playhouse, to the zip line, to the pool...everything was perfect. Our favorite was the play room which is the best family room anyone could ask for. To date, Aaron has been the best host we've ever had. He was very accommodating and helpful to all of our needs. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was not just comfortable, but enjoyable as well. He didn't have to do it but he even took the time to show my little niece the features around the house that she will love. Thanks Aaron for aaaaall of your help. We created so many happy memories for my parents' anniversary. Thanks to you and your home!

This house is breathtaking. The location is wonderful, the home is better than I imagined, and the views are incredible! Alex was wonderful to work with and was amazing at responding quickly to any questions I had. We cannot wait to visit again, this house will be a family staple. Thank you again so much.
