Exactly as described. Very comfortable for our family reunion of 9 for my Mom’s 80th birthday. There’s a view from every room and super comfy beds. The view from the hot tub was spectacular and the trails on the cliffs were just at the end of the dead end street, leading to private beaches. Great communication with Alex. Highly recommended this AirBnB.

This place is great choice for a group gathering. The only issue was there were no extra trash bags. Other than that, the house was clean, the location was great and private, and it was spacious.

Great home. Wonderful location. Also really appreciated the communication promptness. Aaron has created learning videos for certain pieces of technology throughout the house which are extremely helpful!

We visit the valley annually and will definitely revisit this home.

Dillon Beach is seemingly in the middle of nowhere, but is actually rather close (25 min) to Petaluma, population ~ 60K, and not far from Bodega Bay or Pt. Reyes National Seashore. Our trip was focused on Pt. Reyes hiking, but we found excellent dining in Bodega Bay (Terrapin Creek Cafe), an excellent market in Pt. Reyes Station and lovely drives between Dillon Beach and Point Reyes (about an hour distance to most trailheads.) Dillon Beach itself offers no fine dining and only a small market. Fortunately, the house we rented in Dillon Beach offered a very nice kitchen... in addition to be a delightful property to behold and enjoy. The house design is intriguing and delightful; the bed was comfortable (there are quite a few); the outside jacuzzi was soothing and spacious; the master bathroom is a work of art.... Because of extreme fog conditions on the first night - when we ventured to Bodega Bay for our 40th anniversary celebration -
we decided to cook our meals at the house for the balance of the week. I love cooking, especially under vacation conditions, when it feels like a Zen mediation. So we ate well, never worried about thick fog (which never happened again on our visit) and enjoyed relaxing and reading at this house.... And we talked of bringing the family back when our grandson is older (he's baby). p.s. - Dillon Beach is a wonderful
place to walk and is dog-friendly.

This house is amazing. The location is wonderful; very quite and peaceful. House is super clean and very well equipped with everything you may need. So happy that we booked this place; we had a wonderful stay.

We loved the location! It was perfect for a girls weekend. One thing we didn’t see was shampoo which was mentioned in the amenities, although it wasn’t an issue for us because others in our group brought some. Perfect for hanging out or exploring the area.

Amazingly cool place, especially for kids! Our toddler LOVED the playhouse below the deck and large outdoor chess board. So many toys. Overall fun, creative decor and landscaping. The type of house that makes you want to stay in, despite other nearby activities.

The Farm Stay was amazing...everything we expected (based on looking at the photos / reviews on AirBnB) and more! The place was spacious, clean and perfect for a weekend away. We loved having access to the pool, hot tub, games and lawn space to play and relax. We also thought the house was well set up, very spacious and great for hosting a group of friends.

Beautiful home with a great view; no issues with rodents (as mentioned in a previous review). The home was clean, cozy and huge! Plenty of space and bathrooms for our annual girls trip.

This house was amazing! It was the perfect space to visit with family. The location was quiet and peaceful and provided an excellent view of the beautiful ocean. It was so relaxing to watch the deer that would gather and graze right outside. The hot tub was an added bonus. If you are debating whether to stay here, just go for it. You will not regret it.

This was our first experience using an Airbnb and we can't express just how much we enjoyed our stay at Moore Family Gardens with our teen and young adult children. Everything was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of cookware to make most of our meals there. It was very private. It was like a home away from home- only much more relaxing. We really liked walking around the property and just sitting on the porches enjoying the view. The location was perfect also, feeling like you are out in the country but very close to stores for food supplies. Even though the weather did get warm (upper 80's), the air system kept it comfortable. We definitely recommend staying here.

A wonderful location in the middle of wine country. Large comfortable home on plenty of property with a lot of lovely gathering spaces inside and outside. Great for family gatherings or small friend trips.

This property was amazing! It’s got all the amenities & activities here in one spot. The entire place was tastefully decorated & was the perfect place for our family! We enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend! Aaron was wonderful to work with. He was super nice & informative!

This is a great house for a group! There is plenty of space, both indoor and outdoor for relaxing and enjoying a weekend away. The host are very thoughtful and helped with anything we needed. If my travels take me back to the area with a group, I would rent this house again!

Lovely house, with beautiful kitchen and views. Hot tub was great. Sadly a few days were very foggy, so views were non-existent.

A few slight inaccuracies in room descriptions to be noted for future guests. The 2 double beds listed are actually twin sized. Also 2 bedrooms on lower level share a bathroom (jack and jill) not en suite for both.

Walkable to the beach if one is up for a very steep hill on way back.

What a wonderful home! Great location in Sonoma valley with everything within reach! It is rare that you find a home that is both warm, stylish and really smart (the use of technology in this home is sophisticated and smart but completely non-intrusive)! The host deserves the title of super-host many times over! Great hospitality! Thank you!
