With high ceilings and large picture windows showcasing stunning Sonoma Valley views and beautiful evening sunsets, the bright and open floor plan is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen with ample stone countertop space and top-notch appliances, including a wine fridge and double refrigerator, makes cooking a breeze. The dining room table has room for 10 people plus an additional table for 6 – or head to the outdoor kitchen for poolside sunset cookouts.
The expansive back deck provides plenty of opportunities for sun-soaked relaxation as well as evening stargazing! Your days can be spent soaking up the sun around the resort-styled swimming pool and waterslide, and evenings you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Both the tennis court and basketball court offers additional entertainment options for those who love to stay active.
Evenings can also be spent in the home theater, perfect for family movie nights. Comfy theater seats and room for a queen size AeroBed. Or, you can also gather around either the fire pit or the outdoor fireplace to watch the stars come out.
This amazing property is also just a short drive to Historic Downtown Petaluma, which is home to top-rated restaurants and shopping. San Francisco is also close enough for weekends on the town.

– Can sleep 10 Guests comfortably in Beds…..Up to 12 with air mattress and pull-out twin sleeper.

– No pets allowed at the vacation rental
– No smoking/vaping allowed on property
– Streaming services available with Guests’ own account
– Wood is provided for the outdoor fireplace.
– Parking notes: Up to five vehicles can park in the driveway
– Pool heating: Solar heating is provided (75 – 80 degrees). If you would like the pool heated to 85 degrees – One day’s notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $300 USD per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Lori directly after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. (Heating available April – October.)
– Pool House is available for rental between April – October. ($500 per night + $200 cleaning fee)

***Please note that this property is for family and friends to enjoy and is not a party house. Amplified music is not allowed outdoors in Sonoma County, and quiet time is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests who abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be charged large fines.
****Movement of furniture or decor will be charged at a rate of $25 per Item for replacement to original status. This will be deducted from Deposit.

The Placid and Picturesque Giusti Ranch and Vineyard was very warm and welcoming(Kurt, "Thank You so much for the Birthday greeting & lovely bottle of wine!"🥰). The pristine, rustic yet contemporary ample home space and luxe amenities(Pool, Hot Tub, Fireplace, Jacuzzi and Bidet-located in the primary bedroom suite, W&D)was the perfect setting in accommodating myself and friends-(group total of 6)while celebrating my Birthday weekend. We were contented with the outlined booklet highlighting the home's amenities, operational guidelines, local shopping and To Do's etc. as well as Kurt's gracious and timely response in making our four day stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable. The majority agreed our only regret was we didn't stay long enough to enjoy a stroll through the property's Vineyard, local Nature Paths and pick Figs and Fruits for Charcuterie & more🍷🍷🍷
